DIAGON ALLEY ALWAYS GAVE HER A SENSE OF NOSTALGIA WHEN SHE ENTERED SEEING WITCHES AND WIZARDS OF ALL AGES. Diagon Alley wasn't exactly new to her, she had been there a fair few times with her mother and whenever she would stay at her Godfather Abraxas mansion or her grandfather's they will always take a trip to Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlor.

Eleanor was heading towards Diagon Alley to meet up with her three best friends. Cassidy Gavin, Alfie Burke and Tristin Thorne.

Eleanor was walking through the cobblestone streets with her brother Cedric, but parted ways as they met up with their separate groups of friends and managed to spot the tall figure of Alfie Burke. He was currently looking in the opposite direction, Eleanor nudged his arm, he gave her a bright smile hugging his best friend tightly as he have missed her.

Alfie Burke was a pureblood wizard, he was a Slytherin due to his family name. He had dark hair, and light eyes. He was devilishly handsome, probably even more so than the Prince of Slytherin himself, Draco Malfoy.

"I missed you Alf, how was your summer?" Eleanor said as they parted from their embrace and walked side by side to Florish and Blotts to meet Cassidy as she was buying her school books last minute as always

Alfie wore a dark black suit, Eleanor was worried he would faint due to the heat as the sun shined on them. His face turned sour thinking about his summer, it was the same as always. He hated his pompous family but he put a facade.

"It was fine, How about yours?" He asked, before she could answer Cassidy exited Florish and Blotts. Her eyes widened at the sight of her friends not expecting to see them so soon.

"There you are, I was looking all over for you two, come I need help carrying my books" Cassidy said opening the wooden glass paned door wider for the two other Slytherin to walk inside.

Despite that tomorrow was the first day of school it seem like everyone was late this year. The shop was full as books of all genres stood tall on their shelves. "Well hello to you too, Miss. I'm on a mission" Alfie said grabbing the door letting me walk in first.

"Is Tristin with you? she asked Cassidy who seemed to be in a rush grabbing the necessary books for this school year off the shelves.

"He said he will meet us in the Leaky Cauldron for drinks and pie" She said as she struggled to grab her herbology textbook off the high shelf, that Alfie sauntered over grabbing it for her, her doe eyes looking at him as he passed it to her "thanks" she muttered quietly as we followed her through the narrow shelves.

"I hope we have a good DADA teacher this year because Lockhart was horrible" Cassidy suddenly said as they dug through the titles of books sitting in the bookshelves in Flourish and Blotts

"Good thing Potter knocked his head right over, or was it Weasley?" Cassidy asked amused

"Oh right we must thank Potter for that, what could Weasley ever do? the boy is more clumsy than Ellie" Alfie said grabbing a random book flipping through its pages noisily

Eleanor crossed my arms quite peeved off as they made fun of 2/3 of Golden trio. "If you guys want to spend the entire evening discussing the events of last year, I'm leaving"

Last year Ginny Weasley was possessed by a young Tom Riddle, Eleanor wanted nothing more than to stop the madness that her father had caused on the two young people but Dumbledore told her to stay out of it.
