Izuku was not prepared for releasing a song so soon after they got accepted, his anxiety was shooting through the roof. He was shooting through the roof, and that wasn't a complete over exaggeration. He was self conscious about using his quirk, but at the moment, his nerves were reeling and it made him feel weightless and, to a certain extent, like he was floating. Izuku's wings continued to flap, Izuku had spaced out while reading the lyrics, lost in his thoughts. His wings acted on instinct to get him out of reach of danger, which means as high as he could possibly go. It's a good thing he was inside the apartment then. "MIDORIYA!?" he heard Kirishima shout from underneath him, shocking him out of his trance and immediately plummeting to the ground. He looked up at Kirishima from his position on the floor, his face a blank slate as he zoned into reality. "Oh, hey Kiri!" Izuku chirped happily, slowly getting up and back on his two feet, only slightly confused on how he was on the floor in the first place. "What's up?" He asked in his usual cheery tone, only ending in the spikey red head to give him a weird look. Izuku suddenly felt very self conscious, folding his wings as tightly against his back as possible, crossing his arms and shrinking in on himself, an almost unnoticeable change in demeanour. But to his month old roommate, it was relatively obvious he was making his new friend anxious. "Don't worry, you scared me, that's all," Kirishima smiled brightly, hoping to quell the green haired boys nerves. Which worked to an extent.

"O-oh, sorry," Izuku mumbled, picking at the skin on his finger. Seemingly a new habit he picked up fairly recently. "Don't stress, it's not everyday you see your friend practically glued to the ceiling, wings flapping everywhere!" Kirishima jokes, nudging Izuku in the ribs with a wink that made the shorter boy flush. "S-Sorry-" "I said not to stress," Izuku giggled as Kirishima leaned on the smaller boy, using him as a leaning post. "How is practice going, there's a lot of tense air floating about out here," Kirishima laughed, watching as the boy shrunk, embarrassment filling his every action. "It's a little stressful, I guess..." Izuku trailed off, mumbling incoherent words as Kirishima smiled fondly. "We could practice together if you'd like, I'll give you a beat!" He watched proudly as Izuku's face lit up like the sun does when the clouds uncover it. It's was a blinding beauty to be protected at all costs, Kirishima had just decided.

"Sure!" Izuku skipped to follow Kiri back to his room, pausing as a soft melody flowed from the electric users room. He put his ear against the door, smiling lightly as the piano's music wafted through the air like a lavender fragrance. It was so comforting that all the tension in Izuku's body seemed to melt away, causing the boy to sigh out in content.

A sudden click brought Izuku back to Earth as he whipped his head around to face Kirishima, who had the most mischievous smirk on his face, typing away on his phone, Izuku got a notification seconds later. He looked down and noticed a newly formed group chat 'The Roomies'. Kirishima had attached an image and Izuku swore he couldn't have blushed more. "KIRI! why would you betray me like this!" Izuku screeched, falling into the red heads arms dramatically, the image of Izuku's soft smile was sent to everyone in the apartment. Izuku drags Kirishima into his room, stating that they should get on with practice and completely forget about what just occurred. But Kirishima had the complete opposite idea.

"How about we go practice with Kaminari, maybe Shinso could join aswell," Kirishima's smirk never faltered, "I'm down," a familiar voice perked in from the doorway of Kirishima's room. Kaminari stood with a similar smirk, staring right at Izuku with a suspicious glint in his eyes. "You know what- I'll practice on my own," Izuku rushed, standing up and hiding his face as he shuffled out of the room, not making it past Kaminari as a hand grappled his shoulder like an anchor to stone. "That wouldn't be as fun, now would it?" Kaminari whispered, Izuku was about to fall to the ground in a puddle of tears if this didn't stop soon. "I'm keen," a monotone voice spoke out from behind the two, Izuku looked up to meet Shinso's curious violet eyes. "Oh, great," Izuku muttered as he was dragged into Kaminari's room, Shinso and Kaminari both made an internal challenge on who could fluster Izuku more. So only a miracle could get Izuku out of this situation he'd fallen upon, and lucky or unlucky for him, you decide. That's exactly what she planned to do.
