The cold morning breeze awoke Izuku, who'd been comfortably asleep. Groaning, he sat up, wrapping his blanket around his shoulder after slipping on his jumper that had large bunny ears on it. He put on fluffy socks he'd bought recently and went over to the balcony door, he sat down in the corner of the porch, looking out at the gently falling snow, sighing happily. He watched it pile up on the ground below, he was amazed. having never seen so much snow before, he was in a trance of sorts. His mood was immediately lifted at the gentle sight of the falling snow, flowing through the wind in a calming way.

A tap on his shoulder made the small boy jump slightly, looking up at the yellow haired teen. Denki handed the shaken up boy a mug of hot chocolate, floating at the surface was three large plump marshmallows. "Sorry 'bout that, you didn't come to breakfast so I assumed you were too cold to get out of bed, so I did the honour of making you a hot chocolate!" Kaminari smiled at the greenette, sitting down next to him. He slightly leaned on the smaller male, wrapping the blanket around himself while still making sure Izuku had some. "It's fine, you get used to it after a while," Kaminari shot the boy a strange expression, being dismissed by the greenette. "Ok then, do you mind me being here with you?" He asked, because consent was important in any kind of relationship, wether it be platonic or romantic. "I'm fine with you here, it's nice to have people with you!" Izuku smiled as bright as he could, it was genuine, so he didn't feel the usual guilt of lying to his friend.

"The weather is strangely cold today, I'm glad you aren't an ice cube out here, though this blanket is really warm," Kaminari looked down at the bright emerald like eyes of Midoriya. "Honestly same, it's good to have company, so thanks Kaminari," Izuku replied, calmly leaning into the yellow haired boy. "You know you can call me Denki, right?" Izuku's head tilted with confusion. "Wouldn't that be rude, I don't know you personally..." Kaminari smiled reassuringly, "who cares what others say, I'd say we know each other well enough for you to call me Denki, wouldn't you?" Izuku smiled, "yeah, you're right... Denki."

The two sat contently for a few more minutes, looking out at the strangely nice weather. Only stirring when a gentle tap on the door sounded. The two spun around, coming face to face with tired purple eyes, "you guys were all warm and snuggly but didn't invite me?" Shinso exclaimed in a fake dramatic way, still keeping his monotone voice. "You can join us if you want," Izuku smiled brightly, extending his arms in a hugging manner, gesturing for the taller male to sit down. "Thanks, I guess."

Shinso sat down next to Izuku, eyeing him curiously, "why are you out here in this freezing cold weather?" He asked, watching as the greenette put down his now empty cup, "it's fun to watch the snowflakes fall, it's as if they're dancing elegantly through the wind to the music of nature..." Izuku sighed, zoning out as he looked out at the peaceful neighbourhood. "I used to do this when I was younger, watch the snow that is, back when I was ignorant and blind, I still find it stupid that I believed every family was like mine, that the arguing was normal in every house..." he smiled sadly. "And I used to think every relationship was as toxic as mine, my ex was an awful person, making me believe that him using me was normal, but when I met these idiots, they helped me out of that hell hole, offering to live with them," Shinso explained, hoping to bring even a tiny bit of reassurance to the younger boy. "Hey, we aren't that big of idiots..." Kaminari pouted, crossing his arms in offence. "Yeah, you're right, I didn't mean to hurt you," Shinso replied, giving a sad smile in reassurance to the shorter yellow haired boy.

Izuku didn't realise at that moment, but Kaminari had dropped his guard for a split second, showing just the tip of his insecurities. He'd been called stupid, and dumb, and an idiot constantly when he was younger, and sometimes still nowadays. He'd been called it by friends, family, teachers and even people he'd barely known, all because of his childish personality. He'd always been scared that he'd lose his childhood too quickly, like if he blinked too quickly, his childhood would be over. So he took it upon himself to make childishness apart of his normal personality, and he succeeded. He was determined to always be childish, and never  be ashamed of how he acted. And for the most part, he achieved, he'd gotten to be more childish without being ashamed, but others would still judge him. Thought he didn't mind as much anymore, he still had his moments. But he now had friends that would always be willing to listen to him, he's getting much better with their help.

"You guys should come inside before you catch a cold," Kirishima poked his head through the door, staring at the three teens cuddled together. "Don't wanna be sick during the interview with WKMI!" He shouted excitedly, successfully gaining the attention of the three teens. "Did you just say interview?" Shinso asked suspiciously, although he wouldn't admit the spark of excitement in him. "Yup! We just got a call saying they wanted to talk to us before they accepted us!" He squealed like a twelve year old fan girl. "T-that's amazing!" Izuku shouted, jumping up and down in excitement, the two boys next to him stood up aswell, Kaminari jumping with Izuku while Shinso just carried the blanket and empty cup inside. "That is pretty cool though," Shinso said monotonously, looking at the sparkling eyes of the three sunshine boys. 'Oh god, I'm going blind' Shinso worried, the brightness of the smiles would almost definitely make him go blind if he wasn't careful. "But seriously, come inside before you get sick..." Kirishima said, staring at the two smiling boys still jumping out in the balcony. They nodded, skipping inside before jumping up and down while holding hands, they held the brightest smiles the other two had ever seen. It was a shock that they hadn't broken a jaw bone from how much they were smiling.

"Calm down guys, we should, discuss it with Bakugo and Todoroki some more before we start partying," Shinso questioned if he worded that right, but the two excited teens got the message. They stopped bouncing, instead they just held hands visibly shaking with excitement. "T-that's not natural... is it?" Shinso whispered to Kirishima, who shrugged, "for them, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a normal occurrence..." the two less excited teens just watched the others as if they were a ticking time bomb. They just hoped they weren't a literal ticking time bomb. They were also slightly worried that they'd be blown away by Izuku's wings if they weren't carful. So after a few more minutes, just to make sure they didn't start having a seizure, Kirishima and Shinso slipped out of the room and down the hall, successfully staying on two feet as they did it.
