yes, love?

The 4 men arrived home at 3 am on the dot. Each one of them drank off their assess — which no doubt startled Charlie a little bit.

Luke had hickeys scattered all over his neck, making Charlie's face twist into disgust. He was stumbling into the front door like gravity was 100 tons heavier.

Michael was a mellow drunk. He walked through the door, angrily telling Luke to stop stepping on his feet, and walked up the stairs – mumbling under his breath, "Incompetent moron."

Calum held down his alcohol well and performed like he was sober. He walked fine, pushing past the "two idiots" as he called them and going to his room to drink water and drown in Tylenol for the headache.

Ashton was the light drunk on. He had a couple drinks and was buzzed, but he was fine nonetheless – He was the one to check on Charlotte, who was sleeping soundly in her room with the fan going and a blanket lazily draped over her.

Two hours later, at 6 am, Charlie was up and ready to head to school. Her hair was pulled into a messy ponytail, her light bangs pushed behind her ear. She had very small hooped earrings in her ears, dark green sweatpants on, and a sweater that was a white color with the words AUSTRALIA written on it.

She knew that the guys got home late, so she had already texted Theo and asked him to pick her up. Charlie wrote a small letter on the counter.

Here is a remedy for the headaches I know you dumbasses are going to have. (I'm kidding.) I got to school fine. Take it easy. Love you guys.
Charlie.

Charlie left her house with her phone and airpods in hand with Theo waiting in his car. His phone in hand, a goofy smile on his face, and dimples on his cheeks.

"You look exhausted," Theo commented as Charlie sat in the passenger seat. "Are you sure you should even go to school today?"

"I'm sure," Charlie confirmed, looking at Theo – who stared at her. "Drive."

"Yes ma'am," Theo chuckled and backed out of the driveway. "How was your night? You said that your uncles and dad were going out?"

"Yes," Charlie nodded. "They got home late. I heard them come home, but I was half asleep. They're staying home today."

Theo nodded. He looked at Charlie, back at the road, and bit his lip. "Since you're tired," He began. "Let's get caffeine."

"Theo?" Charlie hummed.

"Yes, love?"

"If you're unmarried by the time you're 30, hit me up."

That sent Theo into a laughing fit.
