Y/N POV

The doctor came towards me and I jumped up quickly, wanting to know what had happened.

"Hey is she okay?" I ask frantically.
"Well, I have some good news and bad news." He shook his head
"W-whats the good news?"
"Well she is alive and breathing, but-" I cut him off
"But what?"
"But she is in a short term coma. She isn't awake right now and we are trying are best to-"
"Wait wait how though, what happened to her?" I ask not knowing what's going on.
"You don't know?" He says, hesitating.
"No"

"Billie has overdosed on Lysergic acid diethylamide" (LSD)
"Oh m-my fuck" I stutter before covering my mouth and sobbing silently.

"I'm so sorry, I'll let you know as soon as you can see her" I nods his head and goes back into her room.

LSD, really? Fuck!"

I called Finneas over so he should be here.

"Miss O'Connell?" Finneas and I both jumped up.
"Yeah that's us!" We walked behind the doctor and he led us to her room.

"Uh one at a time, please" I look at Finneas,
"Go y/n, she'll want to see you more than me" he laughs quietly

I walk in and walk back out really quickly.
"I-i can't see her like that!" I tremble. Finneas runs towards me, engulfing me in a hug,
"She would wanna see you" I sniffle,
"Okay"

I walk back in and I see Billie properly, she's hooked up to multiple machines, wires coming out of her arms. Her heart monitor is steady and I can see the drip going into her arm. She would hate to see herself so vulnerable like this.

I take a seat next to her and hold her hand carefully, not touching the needles.

"Hey baby, you probably can't hear me but I just wanna say that I love you and I miss you. You're strong and I know you will pull through this, you have to" I whisper and rub my thumb over her knuckles.

"Finneas is here too, he's outside, he was really worried once I told him what happened to you. Elliot is with Claudia. They are both very worried as well. Elliot misses her mama, she really does. She misses the games you used to play and the goofy voice you used to talk to her in, she misses you baby, I'm sure you miss her too" I casually talk to her.

"Baby just know that everybody loves you and we, I will do anything it takes to get you back. You just have to push through it. Be strong. I know you are."

"I love you" I stand up to kiss her forehead and leave so Fun can have some time with her too.

"Hey Fin you can go in" I smile. He gives me one more hug and let's himself in. I look through the window and see him talking to her.

I slouch down in the chair opposite the door of her room.

A couple minutes go pass and I hear a loud beep coming from Billie's room. I storm into the room. Billies heart monitor went flat.

In a split second, I peek my head out the door and shout for doctors and they escort us out the room.

"What happened" I ask Fin
"I was just talking to her and- it happened so fast" she rests his head on my shoulder.

"She'll be fine" I reassure him.

My leg bounces up and down in anticipation, waiting for news.

"She is okay, but you cannot see her now. We will inform you once you can" Another doctor said.

"I'm staying. I have to, I can't leave her here. I can't!" I exclaim.

"You can't stay overnight Miss"
"Why the fuck not!"

"Y/n it's okay, come back to mine and we can sort something out?" I nod in response.

"The hospital is gonna close now so come on" We walk out and I still remember the terrible state Billie was in.

I never want to see her like that again.
I miss Elle and Claudia.

"Hello babyyyyyyy" I pick Elliot up and spin her around, earning a giggle and a chin stroke.

"Hey Claudiaaaa I missed you!" I cooed and gave her a hug

"I missed you tooooooo"

I went down and played with Ell for a bit, before excusing myself to shower and sleep because I was exhausted after today. I told Fin as soon as the hospital is open, I'm going to see her.

I had to sleep on the couch which wasn't a problem and I watched euphoria for the 4th time before falling asleep.

"Yeah I'm heading off now, should I bring Elle?" I shout to Fin and Claudia in the car.

"Yeah why not" he smiles and i hop in the car so all four of us are ready.

"Let's go" I say softly, wanting to see Billie again.

When we got there, a doctor came up to us straight away, leading us to her room. She was awake, barely. Her eyes were open but she couldn't move or talk.

Finneas, Claudia and Elle went in there first while I used the bathroom. When I came back, they came out with a big smile on their face.

I smiled and walked in. She didn't notice me at first but when she did, her eyes widened and she hummed loudly.

"Shh baby it's okay" I grinned widely and sat in the chair next to her bed.

"Wow Billie I'm so glad you're awake, gosh" I looked all over her body, all the wires and machines surrounding her. There wasn't as much as before.

"Are you feeling better?" She hummed a no.
"Are you still hurt?" She hums a yes.
"Your head?" She hums a yes again.

"It's okay just relax now"
