No One’s Point Of View

After last night’s celebration, people were off. They got into their usual groups and head off to do jobs or train. The guild seemed empty even though some people remained. Lucy was outside training. She had a sword in her hand defending off attacks that Kelly threw at her. Lucy left her right side open while she was blocking an attack on her left. Kelly used the end of her staff and hit Lucy hard. Lucy stumbled backward. Kelly kicked Lucy's feet from underneath her. Lucy landed on her butt and before she could get up Kelly put the staff to Lucy’s neck.

“You keep leaving your side open when you block an attack. When using a one-hand sword you have to be ready to use your other arm to block an attack if it comes.” Kelly said.

“I know.”

“Alright let's switch to a different style. Double swords, it's up to you if you want facing up or down.” 

“Facing back or forward?” Lucy asked.

“Back.” Lucy stood up and summoned her two swords. She had the blades facing the ground and got in position. Not too far from them was Natsu, Gray, Erza, Wendy, and Juvia holding Storm. They were watching her train. They could see the way she moved to dodge or block the attacks. It was like she was programmed to do it. She wasn’t wearing her cloak so they could see the little movements she made. Erza was surprised by the movements that she made. Erza only saw one person do that and they were one of the wizard saints. Lucy dodged an attack that was coming to her left side. Kelly went to hit her right side and Lucy used her chance to kick Kelly’s legs from underneath her. Kelly laid flat on her back as Lucy put her blade to her chest. Both of them were breathing heavily. Lucy moved her blade away and helped Kelly up. Kelly saw the group over Lucy’s shoulder and smiled.

“It looks like we have company,” Kelly said. Lucy looked over her shoulder and smiled. The four of them walked over to the two. 

“It is officially nice to meet the court of Lady Guardian's other half,” Kelly said and bowed.

“Court?” Juvia questioned.

“Oh, sorry. From what I heard you call each other friends.” Everyone finally understood what she meant.

“It looks like Lucy needs a break so I’m willing to train one of you.”

“I do not need a break,” Lucy said and sat down on the ground.

“Shut it,” Kelly said and Lucy kept her mouth shut.

“Well, what are we waiting for,” Erza said, stepping forward. Kelly smiled before putting her hand out. They shook hands before taking steps back. Everyone else made out of the way and watched from the sidelines.

“Before we start, what type of magic do you use?”

“Requip magic,” Erza said as she summoned her sword.

“For now let me see where you are at with your sword style then we go from there.” Erza nodded and got in a stance. They both charged at each other and their swords met each other in the middle. Erza looked like she was struggling to keep her sword up. She used the strength she gathered and pushed back hard making Kelly’s sword go towards her own face. Before she could have time to react after dodging her sword Erza went for her side. Kelly was knocked back a few feet and a little blood was coming out of her side. Kelly ran at Erza, she went to hit her in her side but quickly turned and went for her legs. Erza didn’t have time to react and fell to her knees. Kelly put her sword to Erza’s neck. Both of them were breathing heavily. Kelly moved her sword away and helped Erza up.
