x. warnings and reminder

it is now the end of playlist. i am so glad, getting to focus on school and spend more time with mattia. he and i have been acting like a real couple, even in front of the people that know about the contract. right now, mattia, alejandro, kairi, and i were on our way.

"excited to hangout with the jersey boys for a whole week?" mattia asked looking up from his phone.
"actually, i was thinking that maybe we could go get some new clothes, because i only packed for playlist," i explained to him while he playfully rolled his eyes.
"of course, we will get you what ever you want princess," he said as he went back to phone.
"me? princess? never!" i gasped as he just laughed.

once we got out the airport, we were greeted by mattia's mother and brother.
"hey tate! im so glad you will be spending time with us," mrs. polibio greeted me, including a hug. i then met his brother. we got in the car and headed to the polibio's house, and dropping off the alejandro and kairi at their houses.

once we got to their house, mattia's dad greeted us and let us go unpack. mattia led me to his room, which was the basement.

"welcome to my man cave, that will include you," he said rolling his eyes as he jumped on his bed.
"wow, didnt expect your room to be so large and clean," i said fascinated.
"anyways, since it's barely like noon, the boys want to meet up at the mall around five," he explained.
"cool. so any advice about school?" i asked as i stored some clothes in the drawer that mrs. polibio cleaned out for me.

"actually, the boys and i were gonna talk to you about that once we got something to eat," he said scrolling through his phone. then, for 3 hours mattia and i watched a movie and took a nap.
"can i take a shower?" i asked as i got up from mattia's bed.
"yeah, if you dont have any shampoo or stuff like that, you can go upstairs and use my mom's stuff."
"ill just use the one down here," i answered and took my towel, phone, and a simple outfit.

i took a shower and brushed my teeth. i got out the shower amd tried to dry my hair with my towel. i quickly brushed my hair and put on my long sleeve white shirt and my high waisted jeans. i applied some blush, mascara, and highlighter. i got out the bathroom to mattia sleeping on the bed.

i jumped on the bed with full force, which woke him up.
"really, tate?" he pouted as he pushed me off of him.
"get ready!" i yelled as he just got up and went to the bathroom.

i slipped on my white converses and grabbed my sweater. i sat down on the couch and made a couple of tiktoks just waiting for mattia.
"ready, the boys just called and said they are already there," mattia told me blankly.
"then lets go!" i jumped excitedly and pulled him upstairs. we saw mattia's mom making some food in the kitchen. we asked for a ride and she gladly said yes.

once we got to the mall, mattia grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the cafe alejandro and kairi were at. mattia kept walking towards the cafe while holding my hand, for some reason it made me smile. we got to the cafe and went to sit with kairi and alejandro.

"hey guys," i greeted them as i sat down next to mattia.
"hey," they responded and then kept eating their sandwich.
"do you want something to eat?" mattia asked as he got up.
"ill go up in a bit, dont worry," i responded.
"you are so stubborn, what do you want to eat," he asked.
"an iced vanilla coffee is fine," i sighed.

he went to order as i made small conversations with kairi. mattia came back with two iced coffees and and two muffins.
"here you go," he said sitting down the muffin and coffee in front of me.
"how much was it, let me venmo you," i asked getting out my phone.
he stared at me in disbelief and took my phone out of my hands and put it in his back pocket.
"can i get my phone back please!" i exclaimed extending my hand towards mattia.
he responded with 'nope' and went to eat his muffin.

we ate and talked a while as we made small conversations, but then i interrupted, "so what should i know before i go to school with you guys tomorrow."

"so the main person to not talk to is definitely jenna," kairi responded.
"why not?" i asked taking a sip from my coffee.
"she is mattia toxic ex, she will do anything to get people on her side and make mattia look bad." alejandro responded.
"oh wow," i gasped. no wonder why he went all awkward on me when i asked him about her.

"so is that it?" i asked.
"the rest we will just tell you at school 'cause i cant think of anyone else," mattia said. kair and alejandro agreed with him.

soon, kairi and alejandro felt tired so they went back to their house as mattia and i kept on shopping. after two hours of shopping, mattia and i went back home and he helped me unpack. we decided to get some rest before tomorrow so we laid in his bed.

i kept on turning because i couldn't get comfortable.
"can you calm down?" mattia asked with an attitude.
i kept trying to get comfortable until mattia stopped me by slipping his hands around my waist and pulling me closer.
i soon fell into a deep sleep.

first day of public school, here i come.
