Marine Men: Taming The General's Daughter

Chapter 2-Start off on the wrong foot..

Naglalakad ako sa hallway kasama ang mga comrades ko na si Cross at Kat. They are both merciless and dangerous. Parehas pang cold at poker face. Hindi magkasundo kaya kapag nag-usap ay parang aso at pusa. Ako iyong pinaka-cool sa aming tatlo.

We three are branded as a human Marine weapon. Each one of us had their own trademarks in terms of killing.

Kat had her 'shot in the middle of an eye then straight to the heart'. Ang kay Cross naman ay 'shot in the middle of an eye then shot in the middle of forehead. Ang sa akin naman ay dalawang tama ng bala sa puso--iyong magkatabi talaga.

Hindi ko naimagine na maituturing ako na isa sa Marine weapon. I am good at everything. Well,I am well trained kahit na hindi pa ako Marine noon. Nag-level up lang iyong skills ko at mas gumaling ako noong makapasok ako dito.

Inis na inis sa akin si Yvonne noong mabansagan ako na Marine weapon. She's insecure. Kat told me that Yvonne want my position. Hinamon ako ni Yvonne na maglaban kami. Pinagbigyan ko siya. I know she wants to prove something. Gusto niyang patunayan na hindi ako karapat-dapat na ituring na armas ng Marine.

We fight. Yvonne is a dirty fighter but still she lose it. She lose with me. Hindi niya iyon matanggap.

Pabalik na sana kami sa barracks. Galing kami sa canteen. Nagpaiwan muna ako dito sa labas para magsigarilyo.

While puffing my cigarette,I saw the built of a woman I know..statuesque and sexy. She screams class and fashion. Her hips naturally sway na para bang rumarampa siya sa entablado. Her chest out,head tilt. Kumikislap sa liwanag ng araw ang blonde niyang buhok. Her georgous face wears no make up but it didn't mar her beauty. Mataray ang bukas ng mukha niya lalo na iyong pagkakaarko ng kilay niya.

She is Aira May Gray--the General's daughter. She looks intimidating for everyone but not with me..

Taas noo siyang naglalakad na para bang pag-aari niya ang nilalakadan niya. I know that she sees me pero kung kumilos siya ay parang hindi niya ako nakita.

"Won't you ask me if your Dad is in his office?"wika ko noong nasa tapat ko na siya.

Matalim ang mata na tumingin siya sa akin. Nakakaloko akong ngumisi sa kanya.

"I am not talking to you Ivanov so don't talk to me,understand?"nakataas ang kilay na wika niya sa akin.

Tinapon ko na iyong hawak ko na sigarilyo at ibinuga ang usok nito. Tumayo ako at lumapit sa kanya habang nakangisi.

"Don't come near me! You smell of cigarette! Ang baho! Yuck!"

Why would I abide her? She is not my superior.

Lumapit pa din ako sa kanya habang siya ay urong naman ng urong. Nasukol ko siya. She is leaning her back on the wall. Iniangat ko ang kanan kong kamay sa pader at yumuko sa kanya. Her eyes were close. Her looks were like she is savoring my smell.

"By the looks of you I think I don't smell bad at all."cool kong wika.

Nagmulat siya at pinaningkitan ako ng mata.

"Brute!"itinulak niya ako at nagkamartsang umalis.

Naiwan naman akong natatawa.

I am walking at the hallway of the Marine base. My mind were flying back to Israel. I wonder what were Angelina doing. Is she alright? Is Damian hurting her?

I gonna call her later when I got to my barracks. We were staying here in the camp while we are on training. We are allowed to stay in an apartment,condo or whatsoever when we already passed the training and became an official soldier.

"Hello soldier."someone spoke.

There's this woman in front of me. I didn't notice her approaching my way. She is smiling at me.

"Is General Gray in his office?"she asked.

"Why don't you look for yourself?"I said in a casual tone. I don't know too if the General is in his office. I haven't met him yet.

"Damn,your so rude! Don't you know who I am?!"she rant.

I looked at her from head to toe. I smirked.

"You are some nagging spoiled brat in a designer shoes and branded shirt and pants."

"Your such a brute man!"

"You think I care?"

Her eyes were sharp looking at me.

"I am the General's daughter! I will told this to my Dad!"

I am not rattled. I didn't do anything wrong to her. I just talked to her. I shrugged it off.
