Jiaqi's POV

I'm now at the mall with Xueer and I'm just glad that she accepted my invitation.

I just thought of inviting her out so we could shake off the awkwardness between us.

"Jiaqi, I'm not yet hungry. Let's just go to the arcade can we?"

Xueer said while looking at me using her puppy eyes.

She's so cuteeee.

"Stop that. It isn't cute. We should eat lunch first."

I said. She's really cute but if I said that, Maybe things go awkward again.

"You're mean. Fine. Let's eat first but promise me that we'll go to the arcade after."

She said. Gosh she's like a baby. My baby. Just kidding.

"Okay fine. Stop acting like a child, Princess. Let's go."

We made our way towards the restaurant and after a while, We started eating.

As we were eating, I noticed that she looks so uncomfortable. Eh? Is it because of me again?

"H-Hey, Xueer."

I started and she just looked at me.

I could sense her nevousness and she really looks uncomfortable.

"Don't you like it here? Do you wanna go home?"

I asked. I'm afraid that it might be because of me again. I shouldn't have asked her out.

"N--No. I'm fine, Jiaqi."

She said. I know she isn't.

"You feel nervous and uncomfortable. Is it because of me again?"

I said while looking at her. Her eyes widened as I said those.

"No! Of course not! I--I mean, We're all fine now, Jiaqi. I just happen to see something unexpected."

She said. Something unexpected?

"Okay. Just tell me if you need something okay?"

I said and she just nodded.

We continued eating and went to the arcade after we finished.

"So what do you wanna try first?"

I asked her.

"Basketball. Beat me."

She said confidently.

"And the prize?"

I asked.

"Why do we need a prize? This is just a game."

She said.

"Princess, I don't wanna play for nothing. That's no fun."

I said. I won't waste my time for a game that would give me nothing.

"Fine. If you win, Then you could make me do one thing for you and if I did, You'll do what I want. Deal?"

"Deal."

We positioned ourselves and waited for the game to start.
