Chapter 23

Xueer's POV

"A kiss."

Jiaqi said which made me widened my eyes.

I quickly backed away from her since she's too close.

"No."

I said without looking at her.

She then grabbed my chin and made me look at her but I still can't look straightly in her eyes.

"Why not, Princess?"

She asked with a seductive tone on her voice.

Why the hell are you like that, Jiaqi?!

Ugh! I would definitely kiss you hungrily if we're not the only ones here.

"Jiaqi, Stop fucking around. It's not funny."

I answered before I could do or say anything else.

"Fine. I'm just kidding so calm down. Don't worry, Princess. I'll send it to you."

She said.

"You better do, Xu."

I replied while she just giggled at me.

Cute.

After a while, We continued finding games at the arcade and started playing.

She's like a child everytime she plays.

We're now here sitting on the bench we found near the arcade. We're really tired after all those games we played.

"Jiaqi, I'm going to the restroom for a bit."

I said and stand up.

"Want me to go with you?"

She said as she also stood up.

"No need. I'll be back. Just wait for me here."

I said and made my way towards the rest room.

After I've done my business there, I get out but I bumped into someone.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bump onto you. I'm really sorry."

I said and bowed 90° without looking at the person I bumped to.

"I'm fine as long as it's you, Kong Xueer."

The person replied which made me have goosebumps.

No.

This can't be.

I know this voice.

I slowly lift up my head to face the person in front of me.

I'm right.

"Nice meeting you again, Kong Xueer."

Just hearing that voice saying my name makes me tense a lot.

This can't be happening.

Jiaqi's POV

It's been 10 minutes and that girl isn't here yet. Where the fuck is she?

After a while, I stood up and decided to make my way towards the restroom.

Most people don't take that much time in the restroom but her? Why is she not coming back yet? I'm so bored here.

After a few moments of walking, I finally arrived in the restroom.

"Kong Xueer. Come out now. You're taking so long there."

I said as I knocked on each of the cubicles but I got jo response.

I went out the restroom and roamed my eyes.

Okay, Kong Xueer, Where the hell are you?

I continued finding her and finally, I spotted her.

Eh? She's talking to someone?

Is she ditching me for someone else?

I made my way towards them. I'm so annoyed right now.

"Kong Xueer, Are you ditching me with this guy?"

I asked with tone if annoyance in my voice.

I glance to the guy and glared at him.

"You! Who are you? Why are you with Xueer?"

I asked the guy. The guy seemed shocked as I did those.

After a while, The guy just chuckled.

"Don't worry. I'm not doing anything bad. I just happen to bump into Xueer earlier. By the way, I'll be going. Nice meeting you and your girlfriend, My Xueer."

The guy said and left.

Did he just say girlfriend? What the heck! I'm not Xueer's girlfriend.

And did he just called this girl beside me 'My Xueer'?

What the hell is that for?

I turned to Xueer and saw her walking away already.

Now she's leaving me again.

"Wait up, Kong Xueer! Where do you wanna go next?"

I said as I linked my arms with hers.

"Let's just go home. I'm not feeling really well."

She said and let out a sigh.

"Eh? O--Okay then."

I just said and we made our way towards the parking lot.

She's not feeling well all of a sudden?

Nevermind.

Atleast we both enjoyed our first date.

Wait--What did I just say?
