Ram had the men surrounding the mansion from all sides possible. As the day broke slowly the next day, Ram wanted to begin with his course of action as soon as possible. There was no resistance from anyone in the troupe, for after the last battle, the hunger in them to win and finish everything once and for all had taken over in a blinding way.
"Bhaiyya? Should I go ahead?" Lakshman asked.
Ram nodded, looking ahead at the walls of the mansion.
Lakshman pulled out the only hand grenade they had with them and looked at it closely.
"Im glad, the last one could not have been used better," he said.
"Dont worry," Jamshed added from the side," We'll get many more."
Lakshman smiled with determination and as everyone else moved back a little, Lakshman pulled the cap off and flung it as hard as he could. Having some experience with shot put in school truly helped him, for the grenade went right over the wall and into the mansion.
As Lakshman himself walked back, they began the count.
"3...2...1!"
At the count, A huge fiery ball could be seen enveloping the front of the mansion from the exterior. They had done their work strategically, killing his front guards but nor harming the back, where they knew Siya and Urmila were. This would not kill Raghavan, but it was sure to terrorise him.
Ram knew that his people would plan a similar attack, but his foresightedness and helped him take a front foot. What he didnt know was, Raghavan too had seen enough of this.
"Now all we have to do is wait," Ram said as his eyes lit up with flames.
--------
Inside the mansion, all the work that went on silently had been not only disturbed, but completely disrupted with the sudden felling of the bomb.
People ran hurriedly to wherever they could find the closest shelter, but the garden had already been engulfed in flames. And they dare not head to the mansion, for they knew so many people would not be allowed entry there.
Raghavan ran out of his room only to see the fire finding its way through to him. But he knew very well, it wouldn't be able to touch him, for he could see some of the men themselves coming with the water hoses available to put out the fire, while others got engulfed in the flames themselves. Still, he needed to find a way to keep himself safe for the time being. And there was only oneway he could do to protect himself form further attack.
"Mahesh!" He called aloud, post which Mahesh came as quickly as possible to him, surprised as to how Ragahavan could be so cool in such a distressful time.
"Go down in the chambers Ragahavan! They've stolen our plan and attacked us ! Move!"
"Ive called you here for something, listen to me first," Raghavan said sternly looking into the distance, after which Mahesh fell quiet.
