(PART 125 YALL <3)

"Ok children! Calm down ! ..Yes the chocolates are outside, you can go out and have them!"

"Thank you Siya ma'am!"

The children thanked her as they rushed out, leaving behind a few other teachers and Siya.

Siya noticed they were standing, looking at her expectantly as if to tell her something.

"Hello.." She began slowly.

One of them, a little older and possibly Indian as well, approached Siya first.

"I..I know you. Youre, THE Siya Suryavanshi right?"

Siya was running away from that very name, yet she knew, she carried it in her , now bound in her blood.

"Yes, thats me."

"We.. we just wanted to say that.. "

"You can go on, I wont mind." Siya was bracing herself for what shed heard again and again.

"We wanted to say that, we think youre a very strong woman."

Siya was taken aback. The women looked earnest in their words, and even though worlds apart, Siya could see the same honesty in their eyes that she had seen in those of her own.

"Youre very strong for coming out of a home of your loved ones. I know how much you were appreciated in your family, we used to tell our daughters, that even though you are so much more educated than us and have so much more wealth, your family was not like the other rich people we saw. You actually did a lot for people."

"But what this world gave back to you, it is just horrible."

The woman looked away, as If to hide her tears.

"My family was much different from yours. I left college after I got married, and let alone living happily, I forgot how to breathe freely in that house. And after my daughter was born, I was kicked out without another cloth on my back."

"Had it not been for Sir, I wouldnt have seen this world today. Neither would my daughter be studying in a good school, although away from me."

Siya walked ahead as she placed her hands over hers, unspoken words passing through.

"Fate didnt treat us well maybe. But you showed me today how its possible to raise your voice without even opening your mouth. Yes, you had to leave your house. But you showed them how you'd had enough of their nonsense. Because of you, a lot of people back there have fallen quiet now. They've realised what they've done. So... I dont know if I should say this now but.. thank you."

Siya was stunned. Shed thought of herself and her family, but never a larger implication of what shed done. Shed spoken so much with just a small action. She felt, even if it meant sacrificing herself, shed done the right thing.

"I..I dont know what to say", Siya added. "I hope.. everything gets better for you."

The women stood in silence as the children came rushing back. Siya knew, she had so much more to do. If this silence of hers could make such a loud noise, she could change the world with her words.
