Sokka's Tests (pt 1)

It was a new day and Katara woke up, she was fine until she remembered what happened the night before,
"That idiot better apologise," Katara mumbled to herself as she didn't know of the two boys talk late at night. She started getting ready for the day and while brushing her hair out so she could put it up she thought to herself,
Hmm i might leave my hair out today for a change
She continued getting ready and made her way to the river where she practiced some water bending. Katara thought to herself and began wondering
I haven't been this motivated in a while. Maybe it's a sighn that this relationship will be the one!
Katara got excited and continued practicing.

Meanwhile in Sokkas tent he was planning his day out surprisingly. Tho, it wasn't going to be a normal day. Today he was going to put Aang to the test. Sokka knew there was no better man to trust Katara with than the avatar, but he was going to run a few experiments just to be sure, he wasn't gonna let aang off the hook that quickly.
He finished his plans he had 3 tests, for 3 different reasons. One would be if he would protect her, two would be if he would cheer her up when she's sad and three would be if he was willing to do anything to save her. Sokka wondered how he would do this but he developed amazing plans he just needed Toph and zuko to help him out.
Sokka made his way over to tophs earth tent and asked to come in, Toph pulled down her earth wall and spoke,

"What's up snoozles?" Toph stood up

"I've made a plan and I need your help." Sokka grinned holding his paper with the plan written on it.

"Ugh if I help you, what's in it for me?" Toph questioned, she didn't want to waste her time so she got to the point before Sokka could explain.

"You get to mess with aang and Katara with me" Sokka said, Toph didn't seem interested. "And I'll do your camp chores for two weeks." Sokka sighed

"YOU GOT A DEAL!" Toph yelled "so what's this plan of yours?"

"Well..." Sokka explained the plan to Toph.

"That actually sounds like a good idea, putting aang to the test will give him a chance to prove himself to Katara, I like your style snoozles," Toph punched Sokka on the shoulder.

"Great! Now we just need zuko." Sokka said as he rubbed his shoulder.

Toph and Sokka made their way out of the earth tent to see zuko sitting there,

" I heard the plan, and I want in!" Zuko said

"Woah, why'd you agree so easily?" Sokka asked

"I'm very bored and I have nothing planned so this could be fun." Zuko shrugged.

Aang woke up a while back. He had made his way to a mountain overlooking the beach and meditated. His cuts from the night before had scabbed over and his bruised shoulder had been healed by Katara. Aang wasn't mad at Sokka after the chat last night, but he knew Sokka still didn't support their relationship. That wouldn't change how he felt for Katara ever. Aang had finished his meditation and made his way back to camp to see Sokka, zuko and Toph in a circle.

"Hey guys, have you seen Katara and why isn't Suki with you?" Aang asked
Sokka quickly hid his paper and spoke fast,

"I haven't seen Katara and sukis down at the beach practicing her martial arts."

Aang shrugged and thought,
She's probably at the river
He made his way to the river and not to his surprise there she was, but Aang noticed her hair was down. He liked it, the way you could now make out the wavy chestnut strands in her hair was incredible. He almost began missing his old hair, before the failed invasion plan he shaved it off.

"Hey Katara, I love your hair." Aang approached the rivers edge.

The way Katara moved through her stances was beautiful to him. She was graceful but precise,
