Katara, into the spirit world (part 2)

Aang sat on a chair staring at Katara. Her body laying completely still except for the slow rising and lowering of her chest as she breathes, her eyes glowing a tint of blue indicating she was still trapped in the spirit world. Aang cant help but feel guilty,

This is all my fault, how could I let this happen
Aang couldn't stop the thoughts clouding his mind. Sokka walked through the door,

"Aang, I did some more research and looked at the books from the spirit library. It says that if she doesn't escape the spirit world in the next 24 hours she'll be trapped forever."

Zuko who was leaning on the door frame said,

"Great just what we need, the commet is only 3 days away!"

"Aang i know your worried but you should get some rest," Suki said walking in kataras room

"No! I'm not leaving until she wakes up and I know she's safe." Aang added holding onto kataras hand

"Aang, I'll stay here if you'd like, I've had more than enough time to lounge around I'll tell you if anything changes," Suki said putting a hand on aangs shoulder and giving him a concerned look.

"Ok, fine. Promise if anything happens even the slightest movement of her finger you will wake me up," Aang said

"I promise." Suki said smiling

Aang walked back to his room and lay on his bed

Aang falls asleep and he has a nightmare

Dream katara: "Aang, you didn't save me"

Dream Aang: "I tried"

Dream Katara: "you lied and I died" (that's an IT chapter 2 line)

Dream Katara fades away leaving dream aang alone

He wakes up with tears in his eyes to a light hand shaking his shoulder, it's Suki.

"Did something happen to Katara?" Aang said jumping up

"Yes, come quick." Suki said leading Aang to Kataras room

Aang walks through the dark wood doors to see kataras body flinching and the once tinted blue glowing coming from her eyes was now dimming and fading until it was almost invisible.

KATARAS POV JUST BEFORE AANG LEFT

"AANG PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME!" i shouted looking at Aang slowly fading out of sight as he ran towards me the with a blink of my eye, he was gone.

"NO!" I hear a shout surrounding my ears, Aang was yelling I could hear him!

"AANG HELP!" I shouted, then I realised he couldn't hear me but I could hear him.

"YOURE A MONSTER!" I shouted punching the long arm wrapped around my waist

"I know, and your gonna get to listen to your friends slowly give up on you." A large grin spread across Gahiros face from eye to eye. A tear rolled down kataras cheek. Gahiro was walking slowly through the swamps trees still gripping onto Katara.

Katara sat crying and listening to her friends conversations,

"She's gonna have to get out of this one on her own" she heard Sokka say,
