Growing relationship

(I decided to make another part give me some feedback to lmk if I should make more)

Aang woke up early, he barely got any sleep, all he could think about was the kiss well TWO kisses from last night. He also couldn't believe his crush loved him back. Aang was in utter disbelief, pinching himself making sure he wasn't dreaming.
"Morning twinkle toes, ready for some training?"
He heard Toph who was standing outside his tent.

After some time training, they took a break,
"So Katara talked to you last night?" Toph said breaking the silence
"Uhhhh... yeah she did," Aang started to blush
"Yeah so did she do it?" Toph grinned
Aang didn't know Katara hadn't told her yet!
"Hmmm? What do you mean?" Aang lied
"Ahh, so she's a chicken!" Toph laughed. Aang didn't know what to say so he just sat there.
They completed their training for the day so Aang when to the river's edge to contact Roku.
"Hello, Avatar Aang, what advice do you seek?" Rokus reflection was talking to Aang in the water,
"I would like to ask about... a girl" Aang admitted he seemed quite embarrassed.
"Ahhhh a girl? I might be able to help. What's on your mind young Airbender?"
Aang thought of Roku as a big brother figure, someone he could always talk to.
"Well, something amazing happened last night and after it, I thought we would be together but it almost seems like she's pretending it didn't happen?" Aang looked down to see Roku giving him a reassuring look.
"Hmmm, have you spoken to her today?" Roku said as he raised an eyebrow,
"Well no not yet I've been training and I need to clean Appa an-"
"Ahhh, I see, you are avoiding her" Roku gave a laugh,
"I wouldn't say avoiding, I mean I'm the avatar I am a really busy man!" Aang knew his excuse wouldn't convince anyone.
"Aang, I want you to tell me exactly what happened to make you so nervous to talk to this girl?"

Aang finished telling Roku what happened and Roku was trying to think of some good advice,
"Aang I think you should talk to her and confirm where your relationship is, I mean, she said I love you. Go for it!" Roku seemed happy for Aang "this is my advice to you Aang, if you want something in this world never be afraid to ask, in any situation." Roku disappeared causing Aang to leave the spirit world, momo was sitting on Aangs shoulder when he woke up,
"Welp momo I guess I got to talk to her," Aang said giving a scratch behind the ear to momo.
Aang was making his way back to camp as it was getting dark.
"There he is, where have you been Aang we haven't seen you all day!" Sokka yelled,
"I was talking to Roku, sorry for not telling you all where I was."
"What were you talking about?" Asked suki who was new to the fact that Aang could talk to spirits.
"Uhhhhh... just some stuff nothing to worry about," Aang put a hand on his head and gave a nervous smile,
"Ok then," Sokka said, god he loses interest so easily.
After dinner, everyone retreated to their tents, everyone except Aang. He hung his feet over the cliff's edge and watched the waves crash, the ocean reminded him of Katara which made him want to stare at it for an eternity. Aangs gaze was set on the push and the pull of the ocean when he heard footsteps behind him, he knew who it was.
"Aang, what are you doing still up, aren't you cold?" Katara sounded genuinely worried. She took a seat next to Aang and when she did Aang felt warm shivers go down his spine,
"I'm ok Katara I just have some things on my mind," Aang explained
"Yeah me too, wanna talk about it?" Katara looked out at the moon, but aang looked at her.
"Yeah, I'll go first ok?" Aang took his gaze off her and looked back at the ocean.
"Well, Katara I- are, are you embarrassed by me?" he blurted, instant regrets filled his thoughts. It was silent for a very long time, Aang stood up to leave the cliff's edge when he felt a tight grip on his hand,
"Of course I'm not embarrassed by you Aang what would make you think that?" Katara set her eyes on his making tension rise in the space between them.
"Well because last night we kissed, two times and well you haven't told Toph or Suki or anyone! I just don't know where our relationship is right now and it's got me really confused because I want more out of our relationship than just friends because I love you Katara, I really do and if you and I want the same thing you have to be more open with me." Aang ranted, he hoped he didn't come across mad. Katara didn't reply she just brought her knees to her chest and started out to the stars.
"Aang, I love you and I so badly want to be with you it's just- I've been hurt before and I really trusted him, he betrayed me. I know you would never do anything like that to me I've just had a difficult time opening up ever since then." Katara looked down wishing she could just open up, she knew Aang would never hurt her, so why did she still feel like this? "It's nothing to do with you Aang. Your kind, compassionate and you care for me you don't use me as he did. I'm not sure why I still feel like this and I wish I didn't because you don't deserve to be put through this just because I am."
Aang could feel the disappointment in herself in her voice. He never knew jet hurt her this bad, he didn't know what to do other than pull her into a tight embrace. He wrapped his arms around her neck holding her close in an attempt to comfort her. He felt tears drip onto his shoulder so he loosened his hug so he could look her in the eye.
"I'll never let anyone make you feel this way again Katara I promise."
And with that said Katara put her hands on both sides of his face and pulled him in to meet her lips. They shared a long kiss when Katara finally pulled away and spoke,
"I trust you Aang, and I want to ask you something."
"What is it?" Aang said with his hands around her hips
"Well... I was wondering if you would be my boyfriend?" Katara blushed
"BOYFRIEND!" Aangs smiled from ear to hear and leaned up into the air "YES!" he said hugging Katara again,
"Haha good, well, thanks for the chat boyfriend." Katara began walking back to her sleeping bag after giving Aang a kiss on the cheek. The words boyfriend rung in his head
"Boyfriend! Wait a minute that means I can say I have a GIRLFRIEND!" Aang flew up Into the air. Things couldn't get better for Aang, the girl of his dreams is now his GIRLfriend. But how would he tell the others?
