You should all be happpy to know that I don't have writer's block anymore! It went away, freaking finally! Oh my god. I'm so sorry for taking so long to upload. I don't know how long this chapter will end up being but at least it's something. I'm actually home alone this weekend and until Tuesday because my mom is on vacation, so that means I'll have SO much more time for writing. Just want you guys to be aware of that. So I'll be uploading more often and I'm going to try to get a chapter uploaded every day, and if not then at least every other day. Hope you enjoy this! It's cute. Oh and make sure to read the authors note at the end! Vote and comment please. <3 :)

I wake up to hear Nevaeh's adorable and gentle cry, as my eyes carefully flutter open and I silently stare up at the ceiling. I've never been more exhautsed in my whole life, then I am right now. Caleb and I took turns taking care of her throughout the night, and it seemed like she woke up so often that I could barely get myself any sleep. I place my hand on my forehead, letting in a few quick deep breaths as I prepare for myself to look over at the clock that is sitting on Caleb's dresser. I slowly turn my neck, and am shocked when it reads nine o'clock, and the light is still brightly shining through the window, which means I have only gotten about a little over an hour of sleep since the last time she woke up crying.
I anxiously push myself up into a sitting up position, releasing a yawn as I widely stretch out my arms. Glancing down at Caleb is when I realize he's passed out close next to me, lying on his side, not making a single movement. I rub my eyes before I swing my legs over the side of the bed, and I swiftly rush to my feet.
I look down into Nevaeh's bassinet, her crying still filling the room, before I lift her up into my arms and I hold her gently against my chest. I slightly rock her back and forth, shushing her to get her to relax and know that I'm here, before I hear a deep breath and I turn to look at Caleb who now has his eyes slightly open.
"Hi," I quietly say, as he lets out another deep breath and rolls onto his back, exposing his muscular body and his tattooed arms. He covers his face with his hands for about a minute as Nevaeh stops crying, before practically rolling off of the bed, thankfully catching himself in time.
"Hey," he somehow lets out, speaking in his deep and tired voice as he walks over to us. "I'm going to hop in the shower real quick. I can make you breakfast first though, if you want."
I shake my head and thnakfully grin. "No, it's alright. I'm not hungry right now and I think I'm going to feed her first anyways."
He stares cautiously at me, gazing deep into my exhausted eyes, before he releases another sharp breath. "I didn't expect it to be this hard. Damn," he honestly tells me, as I nod in silent agreement. "The first night always has to be the hardest though. It will get better," he says, in a promising tone, relaxing me. "I'll be out in a little bit. If you need anything you know where to find me." He playfully winks as I sarcastically roll my eyes in return.
"It'll get better eventually," I softly mutter, him gently holding the back of my head and kissing my forehead, before pulling back and sweetly grinning. "I'll be in the living room."
"Okay. Love you both," he mumbles, leaning down to gently kiss Nevaeh's forehead, before he makes his way to the bathroom.
"We love you too," I softly whisper, staring down into our daughter's eyes, and gently taking her hand, as she opens and closes her mouth, sleepily looking up at me. "Don't we?" I quietly cooe, happily smiling before turning to walk out into the living room.
