I had completely lost myself in my training, something that I noticed that I did often. Training being the only activity that ironically enough relaxed me, allowed me to focus and not think about all the troubles that usually plagued my mind.

"Jade pipeline now!" Iris voice rang through the room and without a moment's hesitation I was running our into the hallway and down to the pipeline aware of the panic in Iris' voice. Running into the room I froze at the sight of Iris' on her knees as she attempted to comfort Wally who was in the floor leaning against the glass, agony written all over his features.

"Are you alright?" I asked uncomfortably as I approached the holding cell. It seemed that I arrived as the worst had passed as Wally slowly got back on his feet meeting my eyes with uncertainty.

"I think so." Wally replied with uncertainty before he began to look around his cell in a panic.

Iris quickly got to her feet and placed her hand against the glass as she attempted to meet her brother's eyes. "Wally, what is it?"

"You have to open the door." Wally ordered as he punted his fist against the glass of his prison, a discomforting desperation in his eyes.

"I... I can't do that, Wally. I can't."

"Open the door! I need to get out! Now!" Wally yelled as he began to roughly pound the glass, a completely new side of him emerging. I couldn't help but be shocked at his desperation, I have ever seen Wally not smiling. "Get me out... ah! Help me! Please, make it stop. Ah, Iris! Jade, please."

Suddenly Wally slumped down onto the ground curling himself inwards and clutching his head in his hands in pain. I watched him numbly unsure what I could possibly do to help, but the instant that Iris walked towards the console to open the prison I placed a hand on her shoulder stopping her. "Iris you can't."

"I have to do something." Iris stated as she pulled away from me and to the palm scanner that's opened the door s to Wally's cell. Once the door's opened Iris rushed to her brothers side turning him on his back as she gently attempted to shake him awake. "Hey, Wally look. It's over, okay? Come on, come on..."

As Iris began to help his back on his feet, Wally got a hold of her neck slamming her against the wall. "Stay out of my way." Wally demanded and as he attempted to walk out of his cell I stepped in his path. "Stay out of my way!" Wally yelled through gritted teeth as he met my eyes, both oh his hands clenched into fists at his sides. The anger in his eyes was unnerving, a look that I never thought Wally would see me or anyone with.

"Wally you know I won't hesitant to do this." I warned him before his fist came towards my face, sighing I grabbed his wrist and twisted his arm back as I slammed him against the wall in the same way he had done to Iris. With his free arm Wally jammed me in the stomach and in returned my fist connected with his face instantly knocking him conscious. Feeling a small amount of irritation that I had to do this at all I caught Wally in my arms before he fell, dragging him back into his cell.

"Wow you're strong." Iris commented as she locked the cell again, and although she was attempting to be humorous it was simply an attempt to hide her worry.

It wasn't long before Barry and the rest of his team arrived and we were all gathered in the Cortex discussing what our next course of action was going to be.  Joe seemed to be still be carrying the guilt that he wasn't here during Wally's episode, worry heavy in his voice as he spoke. "Alchemy's gonna sending another one of his metas soon."

"We don't know that." Barry stated almost seeming to be in denial, and I was surprised bu the fact that he seemed to not want to find a solution to this. In fact he seemed fearful or possibly guilty that Wally was in this situation for his mistake.
