It was still difficult for me to overcome the fact that I was in need of Wally's help, if this was something I could do on my own I would. But not having much experience with technology I had no choice but to watch him search his moving impossibly fast across the surfaces of the three keyboards.

We had been coming to S.T.A.R. Labs ridiculously early the last few days, not only because we didn't want the other to know what we were doing. But also because I wanted to avoid seeing Barry. Although Wally has been helping me without hesitation, it was clear that there was something that was plaguing his mind too. With every day that passed he almost seemed disappointed, which was odd considering how whole he seemed the night he got his powers.

"They're lying to you." I found myself saying as I watched his fingers move across the keyboard, before they froze at my words causing me to look up and meet his curious eyes. "I overheard them yesterday, they keep telling you they need to run more test. That you're not ready, when in reality you're faster than Barry."

Wally's eyes seemed to light up with hope as a smile appeared on his lips. "I'm faster than Barry?"

"You're faster Barry." I repeated suddenly feeling the need to look away from his eyes as I looked back at the screens around us. At this point it felt pointless to be disappointed that we had yet to find her, it was truly no surprise, yet a sigh escaped my lips as I leaned back in my chair in defeat. "Nothing."

"We'll find her." He promised as he hesitatingly placed his hand over mine, I didn't have a chance to fully process the action when a yellow electric current suddenly coming from where Wally's skin touched mine.

I expected pain, but I only felt pure energy suddenly spreading through me causing my heart to race. We both immediately jumped away from each other not understanding what just happened. Against my better judgment I looked up at him, finding that he was looking at me with wide eyes. "Jade..."

"Why do you two look scared?" Cisco questioned as he entered the room looking between Wally and I. "Did you find out about the Aliens?"

"Aliens?" Wally and I repeated in unison causing us to briefly look at each other before quickly looking away.

"Aliens." He repeated a boyish smile on his lips clearly excited about at the idea. Then he looked over at a very stern looking Lyla, a woman that I knew to be John Diggle's wife. I had only met her once during my sister's funeral, seeing her now only causes those memories to return. "Are they 'Alien' aliens or little green men?"

"Both, sort of." Barry replied as he turned his attention back to Lyla who seemed incredibly irritable.

Quickly Lyla handed us a couple of photos to us now that everyone was settled. Even though everyone was gathered because of the importance of this new threat, the tension between some of us was unmistakably visible. Barry still seemed like I completely different person, his usual spark of hope extinguished. Though these were details that went unnoticed by Lyla who was focused on one thing. "Since we learned of them, we've been calling them the Dominators."

"That is not the name of a species that comes in peace." Wally commented as he looked down a the photograph he was given before handing it to me. Looking down at the photo of the nightmarish creature created an unsettling feeling in my stomach, the idea of an alien had never

"No, no, it's very aggressive." HR continued quickly as he took a sip of his coffee.

"How long have you known about these Dominators?" I questioned with the need to know more about this new threat. The thought of another threat that we knew nothing about being incredibly unsettling.
