The sun set and the stars brought the darkness along with them. The moon shone through the night and it was time for me to go to the one person that felt like home. "Hey." I said as I entered the tower.

"Hello." He said, turning around with a big smile on his face. "I got the blanket this time." Caspian reminded and pointed to the one on the floor.

"Thank you, because I didn't bring any." We had started to share a blanket because apparently, Caspian liked it when I could be close to him.

"Good that I did then."

Caspian sat down and I sat beside him. He wrapped one side of the blanket around my shoulders and then kissed my forehead. I couldn't help but close my eyes then. "I need to tell you something."

"Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, thank you."

He pursed his lips. "I know that something was bothering you this morning. I could see it in your eyes. What's wrong?"

"About today. I'm sorry I took my hand away. I know that you were trying to help me and I don't have anything against it. It's just that...." I sighed. "Now this may sound really stupid and childish on my part."

"I'm sure that's not true." He smiled, politely.

"I had a nightmare." I told about the nightmare and couldn't meet his eyes afterwards. I didn't know how my brain could even comprehend that Caspian would hurt me in any way.

"Sophie." He said softly and I forced myself to look up. He took my hands in his. "I would never do that. Not even in my wildest dreams."

"I know that. It's just that....it felt so real! I don't know how I could even think that way but....I don't know, Caspian. It felt very real and I've been scared."

"It was just a dream and I'm here right now." He said. "Without the sword, of course."

I couldn't help but smile. "That was a bad joke." I said, squinting my eyes and playfully hitting him on his arm. He tried dodging it but he had told me before that he liked it when we cracked jokes.

"I wanted to talk to you about something as well." He said after some time.

"Are you okay?" I asked, instinctively.

He smirked. "I'm not sure." He said. "Sophie, everyone that I've ever loved has left me. I don't blame them, but I just fear that you might do so one day as well." His eyes were filled with the pain of his grief.

"Hey." I placed my hand on his cheek. "I'm not going anywhere."

He took my hand in his and kissed my palm. "I don't want to lose you."

"You won't." I touched my forehead against his. "You're stuck with me, pal." I succeeded in making him laugh and then, started talking about our days when I remembered what Glenstorm told me. "Was it like this when you were to be crowned?"

"I spent most my life in the castle. I was used to it by the time my coronation came around."

"I don't think I could ever get used to it."

"You don't have to then."

I smiled. "I don't deserve you." I mumbled.

" I mumbled
