Song for this chapter is Before You Go by Lewis Capaldi
**Louis' P.O.V**
Great. I'm falling in love with Harry again. Maybe it will be different this time. Maybe he won't leave and maybe we can actually form a lasting relationship.
"Louis. I've got to go home." I guess not. Great.
"Why? What's up Haz?" I ask him. I can see he is really distressed for some reason.
"It's mum. She's in hospital. I have to go see her. Hopefully it won't be for long but I have to."
"Oh my god Harry! Why is she in hospital? What happened?" I ask. No wonder he is so upset. I know how much Anne means to him.
"They don't know. She collapsed in the street. It could be nothing but I have to go and see her, just in case it is something. I'm leaving tonight. I should be back in a couple of weeks, max. I promise."
I shake my head at him. "Don't even think about me Harry. You need to focus on your mum and what she needs. Okay?" He nods.
We spend the rest of the day packing his stuff. It hurts that he is leaving again, but at least I know he is coming back this time. The time has more certainty.
He leaves around 6:30, after dinner. He collects his bags as I'm washing the dishes. As he is about to leave, I feel an urge to tell him how I feel. It may be selfish of me, as he has to get to his mum but I can't hold it in any longer.
"Harry, wait! Before you go" I start, as I dry my hands with a tea-towel. I decide it's now or never. I run up to him as he looks up at me. I grab his face and collide my lips with his. Before he has a chance to kiss back, I pull away. "Text me when you get there." He smiles so widely and nods.
"Of course I will." He says. Then he leaves. We are both grinning stupidly as he gets in his car and drives away. I don't regret anything.

**Harry's P.O.V**
He kissed me. Louis' actually kissed me. I couldn't think of anything else as I drove back to Cheshire. My lips were still tingling from Louis' sudden goodbye. As I drove in to Cheshire, I had to put what just happened to the back of my mind. It was difficult but right now I had to focus on mum.
She was staying in the hospital at least over night, so they could get all their test results back and to keep an eye on her. I parked in the car-park and headed inside. The nurse showed me to mum's room and I headed in.
"Hey mum. How you doing?" I asked gently. I did not get the same type of response.
"Terribly. They are making me stay here overnight, they won't tell me anything about what they suspect is wrong with me and the food is horrific." She snaps back. I wasn't expecting that response. "Harry, can you talk to the doctor? Maybe he'll actually talk to you. I just want to know what they think is wrong, no matter how severe. I can take it." She looks desperate. I nod and look for the doctor.
It isn't hard. I walk out her room and see her doctor walking towards her room. I know it's him because I can see his name-tag and she had made a very rude comment about it.
"Excuse me, doctor. Um, my mum is your patient and she is very distressed. She just wants someone to tell her something about what you think is wrong. I understand that you probably don't know yet, as you need to get test results back but please tell her something. She's getting very annoyed." I explain. He nods.
"Actually, we got some results back already. We know what is wrong with her. I was just coming to tell her." He smiles.
"Oh thank you." I exhale. At least she will become more of a bearable person to be around when she knows. She becomes very..... overbearing..... when she doesn't know things. I lead him into her room. "Before you get mad at anyone, mum, he knows what's wrong so don't snap at anyone okay?" I say to her as if she's a child. She glares at me but then nods.
"Okay Anne. It seems as if you have low blood pressure. It can easily be fixed, and is nothing to worry about. We will keep you over night, just to make sure you don't have anything else wrong but it's very unlikely you do. Low blood pressure explains why you fainted earlier. Before you leave tomorrow, I'll give you a list of things to do to raise your blood pressure but other than that you will be good as new." He smiles. Mum looks relieved.
"Thank you doctor. I'm sorry for my annoyance. I've been told I'm very headstrong." She smiles back.
"I think stubborn was the word you were described as actually mum." I joke, also relieved.
------------
I spend the next two weeks helping mum raise her blood pressure, whilst texting Louis whenever I can. Mum has a check up to check her blood pressure is back to a normal level, and when we get the all clear, I head back to Doncaster. I can't be away from Louis for much longer. I miss him so much.
