A few weeks later▶▶

After many weeks of letting my dark thoughts eat me away at the rejection from Caine,I had made myself a vow.

I had made a vow to myself that now,now I was gonna be strong. Caine rejected me because I was weak in his eyes,now,i was gonna show him how strong I am. Maybe he'd regret his decision of rejecting me.

It was now gym class at the kingdom academy school. People flocked me like I was a rare piece of art made from the gods themselves.

I changed into a new pair of adidas gray pants and a fitness sweat resistance that clung to my body outlining my abs and washboard chest.
I pulled on running shoes and pulled on a hoodie.

I walked in the gym seeing my brothers and some of their friends who are also my classmates.

"Hey Emery" said Justin,one of my friends.

"Hey" I said trying to not be awkward. I was still getting used to talking.

Funny.

"Alright everyone gather around ya little shits. We're splitting into teams. If you wanna play volleyball, the court master is in that corner" he pointed to the volleyball net already tied up.

Some students went to play volleyball.

"We have teams of tracks, basketball,and football. Either pick any,but i shouldn't see you sitting or standing idle" he instructed as we all chose which sport we wanted to play.

I walked out to see the track lanes before getting ready.
I could feel the stares on me as the school's academy sports vest had looked a bit small on me but still a bit loose around my abs.

My tatooes had started appearing on my upper arms and some had crawled up my neck over the past few weeks.
I was still heartbroken over the rejection but I also felt anger...rage for Caine.

How dare he reject me!I'll make him regret it.

With the gun being shot off,I started off with my run.
