"Can you see that guy, he's hot isn't he?" Alison whispered into my ear.
I tried to look at the spot she was pointing at but the room was so crowded that I couldn't figure out who she really was talking about.

"Which one?" I asked, raising my voice as the music got louder.

It was one of those boring watch something and chill days right
before we found ourselves in the middle of a party we weren't even invited.

Alison grabbed my head and moved it to the direction where a tall well built man was standing.
"This can be your last chance, go get him!" she said as she used her full strength to push me away, right in front of him.

"He's not even that ho-"
I was totally blown away by the look on his face. He had ice blue eyes and a very chiseled chin. He was created with features that make a man look ten times colder than the others.

"Hi." I said,smiling quickly.

His eyes widened, he sure wasn't expecting a girl that appeared out of nowhere to smile at him.

"You weren't invited, were you?" he asked ,with his noticable Russian accent.

"Uhm, yeah. And so what?" I asked, taking another shot of Tequila.

I already was high enough to talk to this nonfriendly man.

"I don't really like talking with strangers." he answered, faking an annoying smile.

Rolling my eyes
"Well I don't really like talking with Russians, so that's fine I guess." I said.

I finally managed to draw his attention with it. A genuine smile appeared on his face as he said
"Is it that obvious?"

"No, but I am a detective." I said, looking him right in the eye.

His eyes narrowed in disbelieve as he asked
"Seriously?"

"Noo, Russian was boldly written on your forehead. I am an artist by the way." I said, sarcastically smiling.

Reaching out to me
"Interesting. Igor Davis." he said.

I grabbed his hand tight to respond to the handshake but I got chills down my spine. I felt some eyes on me, like I was being watched. Scanning around the room quickly, I saw a figure right in fron't of the door. Crowd was making it harder for me to see him but he was there. Two emerald eyes were locked at us, sneakily watching our every move.
I was blessed with not just one but two supernaturally hot guys tonight
But a small distraction, the quickest glance away I lost the guy. He disappeared in the crowd.

"Stella." I said,shaking his hand.
"Are you half American?"

With a surprised look on his face
"True. I am really starting to believe you are a detective." he said.

"You'll never know." I said, looking in his eyes in a sassy way.

The tension between us got higher and higher as the night went on.
Have no idea how I went from hating him to making out with him at the corner. I could see this being an another fling, short term relationships were easy to predict.
As long as it kept me busy and joyful,I was okay with it.
But even at the moment I found myself kissing Igor, I couldn't get that stranger out my mind.
Those emerald eyes, shining across the room.

Harold wasn't expecting to suffer that much watching Stella have fun with her ex boyfriend.
But he had to come check the guy,not just for selfish reasons but also something important.
Something that can turn his world upside down.
Suspicion could make living even harder for him.
And so there he was again, walking on the corridors of the Davis Institute.
Even if he was walking right to the core of danger he wasn't afraid anymore.
Some questions needed to be answered.
He was afraid to know the truth more than seeing Fedor Davis again.
He had a crazy theory in his mind.
He just hoped for everything to be a coincidence.
He wanted to trust the possibilities for once.
But when it comes to him, life always showed the cruelest side.
Once he got to the center he opened all the devices. He had to access everything in order to get the information he needed.
He wasn't that lost little kid that desperately was waiting to die anymore.
One good thing that he knew happened during that eternity was the fact that he improved himself in many ways.
He hacked into the system easily.
Now it was time to dive deep into the Davis family tree.
The information he needed wasn't that far away. The previous generation held the key.
His hands were shaking, It had been a long time since he last felt something as intense.
He prayed one last time for his prediction to be wrong. He wished to be wrong. Cause there was no other way for him. It was a dead end street ,death by a million bullets.
His whole world seemed so fragile, like it could shatter into pieces amy minute.
Secondguessing his choice appeared on his mind, not knowing anything.
But that would just be cheating and most importantly, lying to himself.
His eyelids fluttered one last time before he opened his eyes.
The allarms got activated all of a sudden, feeding from the energy he spreads around.
But he was numb, as if he was lost at the outer space again. But this time he was stuck somewhere in his feelings, and there was no escape.
His heart ached as if it was going to stop beating, was that even possible?
His eyes filled with tears, was he still able to cry?
And the worst part was;like his human body, his feelings were eternal and this kind of pain would last forever.
