Caitlin had Mitch have a seat on the examining bed. She went about and did a reasonable check up. She was checking his heartbeat. That's when she started asking the question. "So, who are you?"
"The name's Mitch Rapp, but you can call me Rapp if you want." Mitch said hoarsely. "But, why don't you ask the question you really want to know."
Caitlin looked at him with her eyes wide open. "Where did you get the scar on your face."
"I cut my cheek a while back never got a plastic surgeon to fix it." Mitch lied.
Caitlin took some blood, and she had him give off a fingerprint testing. Cisco came in and took the fingerprint to secretly scan. Dr. Wells then came into the room to ask his questions that he wanted to ask. "Mr. Rapp," Wells greeted. "Where are you from?"
"D.C." he said with confidence and no sense of lying.
"Barry seems to tell us that you were a cop over in Washington." Wells asked suspiciously. "Now why did you come to Central City?"
"I really am a fan of the Flash's work and I just wanted to see how he operates." Mitch sarcastically said with a smile.
Dr. Wells smiled back at Mitch. Cisco was looking over the bio of the stranger that found out about their secret.
"How did Barry become the Flash?" Mitch said.
"There was a Particle Accelerator that was built here in this building and then it created an explosion of Dark Matter and then Barry getting struck by a lighting of dark matter gave him the speed faster than any other fast animal in the world, then we work together to find other people with extraordinary abilities like Barry and put them into holding cells in the Particle Accelerator." Dr. Wells explained briefly.
Mitch stood up from the bed shocked and also realized that he forgot to call Irene Kennedy and let her know that he was alive, and that he knew what was going on in the city. "Do you mind if I use your bathroom?"
"Fine," Caitlin sighed, but turned around quickly to pull out a container for him. "I need you to urinate in this." She said shoving the container at him.
Mitch left with the container. He entered their bathroom. He looked around to make sure no one was eavesdropping his phone call. Back in the cortex, Cisco was creepily watching from a secret camera in the bathroom. Mitch pulled out his phone and dialed a number. Irene picked up the phone after the third ring. "Hello."
"Irene, the city had an explosion and now apparently they have superhumans here in the city."
"Alright, thanks for checking I need you to stay there a little longer and maybe help the city out I want you back in Langley in 365 days." Irene ordered him.
"So, wait you want me to live here for a year?"
"Sure, and hey who knows maybe it might relieve some stress that you have been feeling lately, see you next year, Mitch." Irene said and then hung up the phone before Mitch could say anything to oppose doing the mission.
Mitch put the phone back in his pocket angrily and walked back to the cortex with a cup filled with urine.
He made his way back to the cortex and he got a call on his phone that was being used for his alias. It was partner, Joe. They have something on the stolen cash from Central City's National Bank. Mitch walked out of S.T.A.R. Labs leaving the urine on the ground. Caitlin walked out of the cortex to find the urine on the ground in the container. She overheard what Cisco was hearing and they were all curious on who this guy really was.
