Later, Mitch was back out side with a smoke. Barry met him outside. The gang told him who he really is. Mitch was leaned up against the wall. Barry walked over. "They told me who you are?" Barry said.
"So, what are you here to say I am an awful person, or that I am a hero." Mitch said as he lit his cigarette. When the cigarette was lit a puff of smoke came out of the corner of his mouth then a even bigger one when he took the cigarette out of his mouth.
"You know that's a really nasty habit." Barry mentioned ignoring what he originally.
"You know I was told that this helps with the memories. Getting rid of them but only temporarily."
"Is that what you want to do? Get rid of your memories?" Barry asked.
"What did you need, anything?" Mitch asked avoiding the question.
"Um, I don't know how well you would know but I need advice."
Mitch laughed. "I am the last person you should come to for advice kid." He put the cigarette back in his mouth.
"My foster dad and Dr. Wells, both want me to get rid of the Arrow, who happens to teach me everything that I know, but..." Barry paused.
"But, what?"
"They think that he is a killer and someone that I shouldn't be looking up to as an idol."
"Let me tell you something the decisions you make will matter of what happens down the road." Mitch explained. "If you believe that he is good then he is good, if he is bad, then he is bad, but the consequences will be weighed out on your head." Mitch said as he squinted his eyes at Barry and poked him in the chest with the finger that had his cigarette in it.
"Is that how you had that done to your face?" Barry asked pointing near his own cheek.
Mitch looked down. "This came from me trying to do the good. Kid, sometimes, you have to get dark sometimes, it is apart of living your life. You just have to be sure not hit rock hard bottom. Not like me, where I let things get personal there is my last piece of advice from me. If you don't want people to get to you, then don't let them, just make sure not let it get personal." Mitch said.
"Come on," Barry gestured his head to follow him.
"Why?" He asked sort of sounding like he was told to go jump off a bridge.
"Let's go get a cup of java. I got to meet up with the Arrow anyways." Barry said.
Mitch looked at him in shock. "You trust me with your pal secret?"
"No, but it is like you said if I'm wrong then it was based on my decision, right?"
"You kind of getting it kid." Mitch dropped what was left of his cigarette on the ground and stepped on it with his black combat boots to prevent anymore smoke coming out of it. Barry and Mitch walked away to head over to Jitters.

When Barry and Mitch got to Jitters they went through the back entrance and Oliver and Felicity were sitting at a table. Oliver had his arms crossed close to his chest and was leaned over the table. Felicity saw Barry and the new guy come in. "Um, Barry who is that?" Oliver whispered.
"The name's Mitch." Rapp said before Barry could respond back to him. "Nice to meet you Mr. Queen, your reputation proceeds you." Mitch held out his hand and Oliver to it and shook it.
"Oh my god, you really hot." Felicity said not paying attention to what you she was saying Mitch looked at her in confusion. "Oh, oh," she said. "And the one embarrassing herself is Felicity, Smoak."
"I know my boss loves your work, she has actually considered having you on our team."
Felicity's jaw dropped. "Who's you boss?"
"A hardass" Mitch said jokingly.
"Barry told me thata you had information for us." Mitch said looking at Oliver.
Oliver couldn't believe the words he was hearing. "How do you know?"
"Like I said Mr. Queen your reputation proceeds you." Mitch explained.
"Alright," Oliver said speechless. "The bad guy that you're after, the one who robbed the bank, his name is Roy G. Bivolo."
Mitch looked over at Barry. "Boy that was easy, I can't believe that I thought this was going to take forever, how many arrows did you have to put into the guy?"
Barry smiled at Mitch, "Oh Oliver didn't put enough in the guy to kill him."
Oliver was silent. "The guy's still alive, right? It's not that I don't trust you, it's just that..."
"He doesn't want daddy to give him another daddy lecture about you extracurricular activities." Mitch intervened.
"Um, no, I was just asking." Barry covered his tracks. "Anyways, I thought you didn't want to help." he said confused.
"I'm not. It's just a name." Oliver said.
Then Iris came over and kind of cut in front of Mitch and Barry. She said hello, to Barry then set both Felicity and Oliver's coffee on the table. "One non-fat latte, extra sugar for Felicity, and one coffee, black, for Oliver." Iris said with a big smile. She leaned over the table in awe. "I brewed you a fresh pot, so..." she drifted off, daydreaming.
"Thank you." Oliver said with a smile.
"Barry, um, can I talk to you for a second?" Iris said as she turned to him.
Barry nodded his head and with Mitch he shouted at Iris. "Can I get a black?"
Iris looked at him oddly. As Barry and Iris walked over to the over side of the cafe. Iris slapped Barry on the side of the bicep. "Ow," he exclaimed. "What are you doing?"
Then continuously she kept hitting him in the same spot with that grin glued on her face. "You did not tell me that you knew Oliver Queen." she geeked out.
Barry rolled his eyes. "I know Oliver Queen." He placed his hands in his coat pockets.
"And his arms are, like, twice the size of yours." She said holding up her arms to show the size of his biceps.
"Technically they're not twice the size." Barry rolled his eyes again.
"He's on my three list." Iris glanced at Barry's eyes then looked back at Oliver.
"What's a three list?" Barry asked kind of sounding worried.
"My list of three guys I'm allowed to cheat on Eddie with." Iris looked up at Barry again. "You usually don't meet people on your list, but now here he is, and I just cannot stop staring at him." Iris stared at Oliver jaw dropping awe.

Back at Oliver's table with Mitch, Oliver looked at Mitch and asked the question he has been wanting to ask. "We keep tabs on people like you." Mitch answered the question for him before he could even ask. He then looked up from his hands that he was fidling with. "And just because you been through supposedly hell and back you haven't even begun, I know the hell you been through many of the guys I work with could survive a lot longer than you can, and the idea of getting close to the Russians, great idea." Mitch complented.
"Um," Oliver cleared his throught. "How much do you guys know about me?"
"Oh, we know that you went from paparazzi hater to club owner to owning your father's company. Oh, and we also know about Nanda Parbat and Sarah Lance and Laurel Lance, John." Oliver was not having this discussion right now in public.
"Who do you work for?"
"Oh, you wouldn't believe me even if I told you." Oliver waited patiently. "CIA." Mitch whispered very quietly.
Mitch waited for a response. "We pretty much hate A.R.G.U.S. before you ask, they always get in our way."
"I like you, you're funny." Oliver laughed sarcastically. Oliver had noticed that Felicity was giving a long distance stare at Oliver. "Felicity," her head rose up from her coffee mug. "this is me noticing you staring."
"We need to help Barry with his case." Oliver sighed in defiance. "Why don't you want to help?"
"You mean, considering the fact that he is already helping?" Mitch chimed. Felicity looked at him and then back at Oliver.
"Because Barry doesn't really want my help. He only thinks he does."
"What're you a mind reader?" Mitch asked with a smirk.
"Besides that, Harrison Wells and Barry's cop foster dad both said you were dangerous and a bad influence. Barry defended you." Felicity said as she sat her coffee mug down and was looking very animated.
Oliver did nothing but smile at her. "You're going to hock me about this until I say yes, aren't you?"
"Believe me, the more annoying than a woman nagging you to do something is you not doing what she was nagging to you about." Mitch told him.
Felicity looked at him and smiled. "I'm starting to like you more and more and what can I say I am a hocker."

Barry was walking back over and Oliver got up from his seat and walked over to him. "Okay." was all he said.
"Okay, what?" Barry asked confused.
"Okay, we'll help you catch your bad guy."
"Great. Meta-human."
"I am NOT calling him that, Barry."
"What word you prefer to use criminal, that is so lame where is you pizazz?" Mitch said with pure sarcasm in his voice.
"Partners?" Barry said putting his hand out waiting for him to shake on it.
Oliver nodded his head and took his hand and shoke it firmly. "Partners."
