“Are you coming to homecoming?” Carlos asked Ashlyn and Y/N as they were at lunch. “I am” Ashyn spoke. “I don’t know, I have Joe and I already feel guilty when I don’t bring him to the practices” Y/N answer. “Oh come on” Ashlyn replied. “Hey, I asked Seb to be my date. I put myself out there. So do you” Carlos said crossing his arms. “He will be busy on date land, I will be lonely and I need a friend,” Ashlyn begged. “I don’t know. I don’t even have anything to wear.” Y/N replied, “We will go shopping after school.” Ashlyn piped up smiling. “Fine” Y/N sighed smiling. Suddenly Big Red and Ricky sat down on the table. “Are you guys going to homecoming?” Ashlyn asked looking at them. “Yeah, we are,” Red answered, nodding. “Great then we will see you guys there,” Carlos replied smiling. “You’re going?” Ricky looked at Y/N, making her cross her arms. “Why? You don’t think I should go?” Y/N question. Ricky’s eyes widened at realizing that it sounded rude. “NO that is not what I meant. I just thought with Joe..wait, nevermind just forget what I said. I’m sorry” Ricky ranted making Y/N giggle. “It’s fine Ricky, I was joking with you. “ Y/N replied smiling. Ricky nods and looks down, not wanting to make more of a fool of himself.  That afternoon Ashlyn and Y/N were walking around the mall. Joe was between them holding Y/N’s hand. “Mommy, why are we here?” Joe asked looking at Y/N as they were walking in. “We’re going to buy a dress for myself. There is a dance and Ashlyn wants me to come, so I need a dress.” Y/N answered, picking him up., Joe just nodded. “He’s literally the cutest, I can’t with him.” Ashlyn gushed, looking at Joe, making Joe blush. “Hey” Ashlyn and Y/N heard behind them. They turn around to see Ricky and Big Red walking up to them. “Oh funny seeing you here,” Ashlyn said when they were in front of them. “We were just going to pick our clothes for tonight and we were about to head to eat. Care to join us?” Red asked. “Um, do you want to?”  Ashlyn asked looking at Y/N. “Sure” Y/N replied walking with them towards the food court. Once they all got food. They sat down on a table. “How old are you?” Big Red asked looking at Joe, who was eating spaghetti. “I’m two but almost three” Joe answers smiling, bouncing in his seat. “Really when?” Ricky asked, smiling at Joe. “Mommy when.” Joe looked at Y/N making everyone at the table smile. “October 10 bubba.” Y/N answer. Joe quickly looked back at Ricky and Big Red. “On October 10” “wow you’re so big” Ricky replied high fiving Joe. “Soon I will be big like my uncle Gene,” Joe said excitedly. “Gene is my older brother, they’re very close.” Y/N informed, kissing Joe on the head. “That’s very cool little man,” Ricky said, smiling at Joe, who smiled back hugely. “Well it’s been nice but we should be heading back shopping for Y/N’s dress.” Ashlyn standing up, making Y/N stand up as well. Joe stood up and went over to Ricky. “Bye Ricky’’ Joe tugged Ricky to get closer. Ricky leaned down and Joe hugged him. Leaving everyone awed. “Bye Red’’ Joe high five Big Red. Ricky was left with Red, “He’s cute. Y/N makes very cute babies.” Red commented looking at Ricky, who was looking after the girls.  “Ricky, are you good, man?” Red asked, waving a hand over Ricky’s face. “Yeah …it’s just… is it me or does Joe kinda look like me?” Ricky asked what’s been going through his mind for a while. “What?” Red asked looking at Ricky like he’s crazy. “You remember that New Year’s Party at Nini’s that I disappeared for almost the whole night?” Ricky asked, making Red nod. “Yeah, you went somewhere with the girl that sang nice.” Red replied. “Y/N was that girl.” Ricky said, making Red’s eyes widened, “You told me that you lost your virginity with that girl?” Red spoke. “Yeah and I did the math, Joe is about to turn 3 right?” Ricky spoke. “Yeah” “Okay and add the nine months that Y/N was pregnant. It goes to that party” Ricky explained. “How do we know for sure?” Red asked. “I don’t know” Ricky sighed. Once they found the perfect dress for Y/N, they went to their houses to get ready for the night. Once Y/N got herself ready. Y/N said goodbye to Joe and left.  Once she arrived there, Ashlyn and Carlos were there already with Ricky and Red. Y/N  smiled and sat down between Red and Ashlyn. “Well aren’t you a sexy mamma,” Carlos said looking down at Y/N. “Thank you, Ashlyn helped pick it.” Y/N smile. “Let’s take a selfie” Ashlyn raised her phone and the three of you posed. “Excuse us. These seats taken?“ Gina asked, walking up to the table crossing arms with EJ. No one spoke up. “No, they’re not” Y/N answered softly, smiling at them. “Thanks,” Gina smiles, sitting down with EJ.     A couple of minutes past and Carlos started to look sadder by the minute. Ashlyn and Y/N were trying to comfort him when they heard Ricky’s voice. They turned and looked as if he was talking to Gina. “Hey, not to intrude on date night, but you can do better than EJ. That guy’s bad news.” Making Gina closer to Ricky. “You’re not exactly one to give relationship advice. And when I want your opinion, I’ll ask.” “Well, I’m giving it anyways cause I sorta thought you were classier than this. But, hey, maybe you really are what people say you are.” Ricky replied. “And that is?” Gina challenged. “Dude” Red tried to stop Ricky. “Just a little too ambitious for your own good, or anyone else’s,” Ricky said, leaving everyone in shock. Y/N can tell that Ricky regretted right away.  After that Gina and EJ had a whole fight that led Gina to dump some punch over EJ. “You should get your cousin clean up. I will go with Gina” Y/N suggests to Ashlyn, standing up already walking over to where Gina heads off. She saw Gina walk into the girl’s restroom. She walked in to see Gina wiping her eyes. “Gina” Y/N breath out, “What do you want? You came in to throw some comment at me?” Gina rolled her eyes. “Actually I’m here to tell you that Ricky was wrong.” Y/N replied. “What?” Gina questioned. “Gina, you’re strong and amazing. Your voice is raspy in a good way. Your dance moves are to be jealous of. Honestly, you’re the opposite of what Ricky said. You are ambitious but not in a bad way. I honestly admire that in people.” Y/N replied smiling. “Thanks” Gina answer smiling. “I know we don’t talk much but I would love to be your friend. You’re pretty awesome” Y/N smiled making Gina smile and nod. “You’re pretty awesome yourself. Also, you raise a pretty good kid. Joe is sweet and cute. I don’t know you can have a kid at a young age and look as amazing as you do. I would’ve lost my mind” Gina replied. “Thank you,” Y/N smile before walking out. She walked inside the gym to see Carlos and Ashlyn dancing. She quickly joins them to dance.
