Chapter 6: Castle

Carly's POV

I woke up in a small clearing in the woods that were blue... WAIT... blue? Where am I? I got up and check my surroundings and noticed the same gnome that had pulled me down before. He was moving.... What the hell!?!

"Hi." He said as he gave me his hand. "I'm Rory. Madeline is waiting for you."

"Um...I'm Carly. Are you talking about aunt Maddy?" I asked still in shock and absorbing the thought of there being another reality. This might be just a dream but I'll see where it takes me.

"Yes, the queen's sister." Rory said.

"Maddy only has one sister...My mom so this makes me a princess." He just nodded and I continued. "Why did she never tell me?"

"Madeline wanted to tell you." He said as he started to walk away and I followed.

We didn't talk much during the way. We past by a dark kingdom.

"What's that?" I asked.

"The Blood Kingdom." Rory said not explaining. I guess Maddy will answer in more detail.

It took a while to get to the place but a purple-black castle came into view.

"The Witch Kingdom." Rory said.

I got a good view. It was beautiful.

Walking near it a bush moved. A person came out. A woman with blond hair in aloose braid , green eyes, about 5'4, wearing a loose blue dress. Aunt Maddy.

"Carly!" She said coming near me and pulling me into a hug.

"Aunt Maddy!" I said. "So what's up with all this?"

"I'll explain later when they aren't listening. And you must be tired from your trip." She said smiling.

I just agreed and went with her. The castle was coming into my view much bigger. Why are we going to the castle?

Alex's POV

As we walked trough the portal, Shane was walking with determination writtin' all over him. He wasn't kidding about how he wanted to talk to Carly.

As we got to the clearing, a boy with dark black hair, blood red eyes, abs that could be seen trough his white dress shirt, and blck jeans with shoes, was sitting there. The Blood Prince.

"Hello." He said.

"What do you want, Damon?" I said.

"Always the fiesty one, huh? I always knew you were Alexandra." Damon said clearly trying to irratate me.

"It's Alex." I said with my famous death glare. Where would I be as a worrior without it? I am of course the deadliest out of all of them.

"I want to know where Witch Princess is." He said amused.

"She's not going with you." Shane spoke up. For a worlock, he's not that bad. He' also a worrior but more of the war stratigise.

"I know but where is she?" Damon tried again.

"Not telling you." Luke said. He's also a worrior, and if you're asking Dustin is too. But Amanda and Tanya, they were the archers in the back of the troop of the Witch Kingdom.

"Look, Prince you're not getting her." Dustin chimed in.

"Back off, jerk." Amanda said with her arms crossed on her chest. Tanya was the only one not answering.

"I will ask again and answer or else. Where is Princess Carly?" Damon tried.

"With her aunt." Tanya said knowing that 'or else' means death.

"Good." Damon said as he started to leave. He didn't give us anytime to react as he turned. "Wait I forgot something." He ran with vampire speed. I could still see him. He was behind Tanya. Damon showed his fangs as he went for the bite that would end Tanya's life but a voice stopped him.

"Don't you dare. You aren't allowed to kill anyone under my watch." The voice said. The person emerged from the woods. We all gasped.

Carly's POV

I woke up in satin blue blankets. WHAT THE HELL!?! I was still in my dream which I finaly figured out it was reality. My new one.

"How are you feeling?" A sweet voice said. Maddy.

"Fine but what is all this?" I asked the question that I've been dying to know the answer.

"I'll explain." She said.

She started. "It was 16 years ago when your mother, an immortal witch the queen, met your father, a vampire second in command. They had a fling at a party thrown by the Blood King and you were the results of it. He didn't know about it. You were brought in the human world to keep you a secret, because other like you were killed. Your mother kept her duties here and had a normal life in the human world. She married a human said that you were actually his child. He then was the true father of Danny. He was soon dead in car crash when you were 10. Your actual father died the same year in battle against the trolls. Our kinds have been fighting for centuries but vampires were hated everywhere. You were never suppose to come here untill you were 18 but I had to rush things. Because they, the vampires, wanted to take you. Since you belong in both kingdoms, you have the choice to choose anyone of them. You also have powers unlike anyon else. Carly, I know that this is a lot to take in but keep in mind that it was all for your safety. Your friends; Alexandra, Amanda, Tanya, Dustin, Luke, and Shane, all knew about this but never reported you to anyone."

"I-I still don't know what to make of all this. I honestly don't know. Everything was a lie. You all lied to me, even Alex. I feel so ashamed." I said.

"Carly-" She started but I cut her off.

"Don't just leave me... Please." I said as tears went down my face. Maddy did as I had requested.

I was alone in the calm and quiet room of mine. I went to the balcony. It was night outside the stars where beautiful. It was nice to be alone to go through my thoughts. It was already a nightmare knowing all my past was a lie to keep me safe. How were they keeping me safe? They sure as hell weren't keeping my sanity safe...
