I woke up with a grin on my face. He was home, and he was laying behind me with his arm draped around my waist pulling me into him. Slowly, I rolled over and pressed my face into the crook of his neck and planted a gentle kiss on his collarbone.
"mmmmm, I missed that." Grey hummed, not opening his eyes. My grin grew as I placed another on his cheek, and then his lips. He grinned, opening his eyes lightly, his grip around my waist tightening and pulling me in further.
"I'm glad you're here." I whispered as he leaned in and kissed me.
"I'm glad I'm home too." We sat for a moment, just staring at each other, taking it in that he was finally home and back in bed with me, before I closed my eyes again. I knew soon the alarm was going to go off and even though we barley slept last night because we stayed up talking, or I did at least, i was wide awake. I just didn't want to get out of bed.
"What if we skipped everything and just stayed in bed all day?" I grinned.
"I love that idea, but the world exists, and I have been gone from my company to long. I'm sure Laken is up to his ears in problems."
"Fuck Laken."
"That's your brother and I would prefer if you didn't." he joked as I rolled my eyes but smiled anyways, nothing could ruin today.
"Fine ill fuck your brother then." I teased.
"Funny." He smirked, pressing a kiss against my lips. I pulled away at the smell of something coming from the kitchen. I forgot Seth was here, was he gonna remember not seeing me with pants on last night? That was something I should probably tell Grey.
The alarm next to me went off and I groaned, rolling over to turn it off. Grey pushed the blanket off of us and sat up. "Did Seth make Breakfast?" he asked looking at me.
"he's been really bored recently,y he even washed our sheets." I shrugged, pulling sweats on and a shirt over it.
"huh, okay." Grey said with a furrow of confusion crossing his face.
"Also, He saw me in my underwear last night, something you should probably know." I said quickly before bouncing out of the room.
"Wait what?" Grey yelled after me, not in a mad way but in more of a i cant believe you kind of way. I laughed as I bounced towards the kitchen.
"Smells great babe, what's cookin good lookin?" I teased Seth as I sat on one of the Island stools.
"Is this some sort of payback from what happened last night?" He laughed, handing me a plate.
"And what happened last night?" Grey asked, walking out while tying the string on his sweats.
"Seth is getting sick of my company, thought I would spice it up a bit and show up in his room in just your shirt." I joked. Grey's eyes narrowed down at me for a moment, deciding if I was joking.
"okay okay, not sure I like how close you two are getting." He said with a straight face as he sat next to the.
"It was an accident babe, i promise." I leaned over, kissing his cheek.
"I know." He shrugged, kissing me back. Seth slid pancakes on our plates and handed us syrup.
"So what is the plan today, where are we going?" Seth asked, grabbing his won plate and sitting opposite to us. "I'm assuming I am cleared to go home tonight?" He asked as Grey smiled and nodded, putting food in his mouth.
"I told you he was getting sick of me." I giggled, shoving the fork in my mouth.
"its not that, Its my actual girlfriend misses me." he laughed, rolling his eyes at me. I thought I was funny at least.
"Actual girlfriend." I scoffed, throwing my head back to be dramatic. "Did you hear that babe, I'm not real enough for him."
"Amara, eat your food." Grey smiled but rolled his eyes at me. That was code for me to shut up before he actually got offended. I smiled, shoving the fork in my mouth again.

After getting dressed and getting undressed.....and then getting dressed again, we were ready to head out. Grey needed to be at the office before I had to be at class so we were dropping him off and then Seth was going to drive me to classes and pick me up once I was done. We hadn't made any definite plans for tonight but I had a general idea of what was going to happen.
Seth dropped me off in front of my main entrance of the campus and I got out, heading inside the building and to my first class.
things had resumed to normalcy between the twins and I, so lunch was pretty breezy, we were sitting at our table talking about weekend plans when Dakota showed up. I wasn't sure how to act around her at the moment, I wasn't sure what she wanted or why she was digging. Was she just being curious, or was it something more.
Everything that had happened with Mitchell made me a bit cynical so I wasnt super quick to trust her like I might have if this was a year ago.
"Hey guys what are we talking about?" She asked sitting down. I jumped in before Delta or Dylan could say anything.
"We were talking about Grey, he just got home from his trip." I wanted Delta and Dylan here with me so that they knew, maybe i was just crazy and all of this was in my head. I was gonna ask them later.
"hm, where did he go?" She asked and I shrugged.
"Not really sure. Just glad he is back." I nodded, pushing a fork full of salad into my mouth. I eyed Delta and Dylan, mentally letting them know not to say anything as they nodded, looking down at their plates.
"Well, what are we doing this weekend? I was kind of thinking we could all get together, have a dinner night or some shit?" Dakota perked up, ignoring the silence we were feeding her.
"Let me check with Jarak. I don't really know what he has planned." Delta took the lead, thank god.
"I mean, I'm piled up in homework already, maybe next weekend?" Dylan played it cool, not letting her know that we were purposefully avoiding her.
"Sure thing. How about it Mari? Wanna get together?" She turned her attention back to me. I simply shrugged, pushing my food around.
"I should probably stay home. Grey just got back and I missed him." It was true, i really didnt want to do anything for the rest of the week but hand out at home with him.
"okay, I guess I will party by myself then." She shrugged. I glanced at the clock and then groaned. I had class.
"Well thats my time friends, I have to get going. I will see you all tomorrow." I said as i packed up my things. I was expecting texts from the twins the second I left so I had my phone in my hand prepared.
Now all I had to do was wait until I could go home.
