Madeleine's POV

I just got a text and it was from Andrew.

"I thought it would be better if people thought we were dating, so our culprit won't be suspicious for all the time we spend together."

-Ok, so what do we do? People think we are fake dating! We should convince them right?!

"Yeah... about that... I'm sorry, I should have done the thing properly..."

-Nahh, it's ok. I can handle it.

"Wait, what are you gonna do?"

-Wait and see...

After this little chat, I went up from my table and went over to Andrew's table. He looked so confused, while his friends were looking at me like I was that bitch. Luckly, next to his table, was Ash's and his friends. To have him see what I was going to do, I had to draw attention.

-Andrew! – I said, loud enough. He stood up, makung me feel like a shortie again. Finally, those romantic books were going to pay off. After I noticed that a couple of tables were looking at us, including Ash, I grabbed Andrew's shirt, and pulled him closer to me. I smirked a little bit, and gave him a peck. He was super surprised. I let him go, but he stood at the same position.

-Oh, don't you dare provoke me like that...-he said and gave me a full kiss, which I wasn't expecting at all. I realized this was all part of the plan, so I leaned in further, while we both kissed. After seperating, I looked at him with a smile while he was smirking like crazy.

-Why are you laughing?- I giggled.

-You made me,- he smiled again.

Then I grabbed his hand, and brought him in the bathroom. I let his hand go and backed away a few steps, lifting my head in proudness.

-Andddddddd scene!- I said imitating a movie director. Andrew had stopped smirking and was looking at me dead sirious.

-Why the hell would you do that?

I felt kind of sad. I knew all the exitement was an act, but I didn't expect him to be mad at me.

-I-i-i'm sorry, I didn' t mean to act that harshly, but we should have done something anyway. And I thought that was the only way to do that...

-You know there are million of other ways, but at least we got it over with. Now we have to keep this going.

-You can at least be exited that our boring lives are changing.

-And dating makes it better?!

-I meant the time traveling.

-Nevermind. I found that when we time travel, we go to the times that were or will be important to us. Which explains why we go to such bad times, in the future and past.

-I see. What do you think about going on a picnic someday?- I said with zero confidence,-Well, you see, your mom, envited me and my mom so...I thought

-Yeah, sure. I'm down.

-Perfect!- I said, leaving the bathroom and going to my next class.

After school finished, I rushed to the café. I wore my apron and started waiting for the customers to come. There was this old lady, who loved latte. I always made her one, and drew a heart on the cup. It made her smile every time. Then, there was this little kindergarden, who loved the cookies we make. He comes to the café everyday, and orders three. Today, I decided to give him one for free.

I loved to see customers faces happy. They made my day. After a while, Ray came in.

-Hi!- he said, waving his hand.-I'd like an Iced Amreicano.

-Ok. Coming right up. That would be 2.25 dollars. Do you want it to-go? Or to drink it here?

-I think I'll sit right there. Oh, and also, join me, when you don't have costumers.

-Ok.

I made his coffe, and walked to his table, giving the iced Americano, and sitting down.

-How is school going?- I said, trying not to be too awkward.

-Since I have a goal to achieve, I'm having fun working towards it.

-Ahh, I see. Is it hard?

-Yes. But I'm confident I can make it.

-I wish you luck!!!- I said getting up again, and assisting the costumers that had just come.
