The two were trying against the demons, but needed help.

I took out my bow, and shot all of the demons.
Ray, Emma, and Don helped.

Then, once all the demons were killed...

Don and Emma aimed their guns at one of the guys.
Ray went to the other with me on his back.

I sighed slightly, getting off of Ray and pointing my gun at him.

"Don't move,"
Ray said.

He held his hands up in surrender.

"Who are you? Why are you here?"
I asked, narrowing my eyes at the guy.

There's no sign of other comrades.
They could come from Ratri, it could be a trap.

What are they? Friends or enemies?

He then fell to his knees in front of Ray and I.
"Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!"
he shouted.

"That was soooo scary!! I thought it was all over! I thought they would eat us!!"
he wailed, I chuckled slightly, then regained my posture and stayed blank-faced.

"They ate our guns! They ate our hiding clothes! Oh, thank you! Thank you so much!!"
he wailed, grabbing my arms in thanks. I blinked in confusion, Ray narrowed his eyes.

"Hey, you fool! Don't touch them! Show some respect to your saviors!"
the other guy said.

Then, their eyes widened.
"Human beings?!"
they backed away.

"Come on!!"
"Did you notice only know?!"

"We're sorry!! Sorry for being impolite again!!"
They yelled.

I deadpanned.

"Bah! We're not death, you know!!"
Ray said, covering my ears.

"Talk quietly or the enemies will find us!"
Don said.

"Who are you then? And why are you in this place?"
I asked, removing Ray's hands from my ears.

"I'm Jin, ma'am!"
The guy with a bandana said.
"And he's Hayato!"
He added, talking about the other guy, with the bandage on his head.

"We're not allowed to say much... we're on a mission to a certain someone who we serve, and–"

Hayato screamed again, looking at us with wide eyes as if he remembered something.

"No, seriously!! Stop shouting!"
Ray said.

"Jin!! It's them. No way no way–
They're the Grace Field escapees!"
Hayato said

"We've been looking for you– by orders from William Minerva!!"
Hayato said quickly.

{ Minerva?! }

"Duuuuude!! It's really them! Far ooooout!"
"So cool! They even took care of my wounds! Oh boy, oh boy!!"
They gushed, I blinked in confusion.
