In case you have doubts, it's a two-handed sword
Pretty simple, I know, it's not a gun, so no need for any fancy mechanical part, but:

It can split in two one-handed swords
She use the simple form against Grimm besause she need more power than speed, and the double form against humans, but only if she needs to (that's the general idea, if she's fighting a lot of weak humans or Grimm she may use it)
She don't have any means to do distance attacks because she's really, really bad with guns, she don't like them at all. But she make up to it with an extreme speed and a very good "battle sense" that allows her to parry bullets, she could even parry Ruby She wouldn't do it perfectly against Coco but she has a minigun so it's cheating
In close combat she would beat Jaune without much difficulty, same with Ren or Blake. Or you
She uses her Semblance to approach the enemy when he's to far away or when she's overwhelmed and take the occasion to strike a full blow
She's extremely fast with her two swords, her combo, once launched, is really hard to break since she never stops
The electricity that flows through her weapons can paralyze or distract the enemy while she do her combo, making it even harder to counter
