Runaway Or Kidnapped?

Chapter 53

Soon they caught me and tackled me to the ground and started tickling me.

'Stop' I said while trying to stop laughing.

'No!' Harsh said wickedly.

'Ple- I was cut when someone called 'Mr. Manan?' I looked up to see who it was.

'Yes?' Manan asked the nurse.

'I heard some noise so I came here and?...Is everything alright? Oh my god! you guys are hurt let me help you.' She said. I don't know why but I felt something weird about her, anyways.

'Sure.' Harsh replied.

After having our wounds bandaged the nurse left us alone.

'Harsh? I wanted to ask you something.'

'Hm go ahead.'

'Remember the conversation you had with Ashi? She mentioned about a girl you love, what about that? Like what happened?'

'Uhm, so basically I called her and told everything about how my dad was forcing me and all. She just asked me a question and it was "What now and what about us?" and I replied "I don't know." This was enough to piss her off. She hung the phone and texted me that it is over and thank you. After knowing about Ashi's whereabouts, my dad was dead serious for me to get married to the girl whom he wanted me to get married with. I had no interest in meeting her,  obviously, but they somehow managed to forced me to meet her. So, I met the girl and she told me she was not interested in getting married, either and mutually we decided to reject this marriage proposal to our parents. Of course, my dad was super angry but I could not do anything about it. He did not talk to me for months and then later I tried to make him understand the situation, he wasn't pleased with it but at least he doesn't forces me to meet some rich annoying girls, so yeah.'

'You did not try to contact your girlfriend?' I asked him ignoring the last line of his.

'I did, obviously. After, receiving the text from her, I called her but she had blocked me. I still don't know where she is.'

'Mission find our future sister-in-law!' I screamed.  And received eye rolls.

'You want to know who was the girl whom I rejected?'

'Obv- I was again cut by the nurse. Arghhh!

'Uh, sorry to interrupt, but Mrs. Kajol is now awake.'

 This was enough for all of us to rush out of the room. Soon, we were in her room. We just could not stop our smiles, looking at her and I think she recognized us and that's why there was a bright smile in her face too. Sadly, she cannot speak I want her to get well soon.

'Hey granny! I missed you so much.'

'But, not more than me'

'Oh please! I missed her more than you guys.'

'Oh hush up, I missed her.' We 4 started arguing on who missed her more and

'I m-ii-ss-ed y-yo-you mo-re.' We were shocked. Our eyes  widened and we looked at each other and then at the owner of the voice.

'GRANNY!' We all screamed in joy and surprise and jumped to hug her.

'For her to heal, I guess, It was you guys whom she needed and not the medicines.' The nurse said with a smile.
