"Summon the bride," the priest ordered.
In the bride's chambers:
"WHO ARE YOU ALL?" I screamed, but they remained silent and advanced towards me.
"Let me go, put me down!" I yelled.
All I could discern was three men cloaked in black, donning black hoodies. I couldn't discern their faces. One of them approached me, hoisted me onto his shoulder, and stuffed me into a sack! Yes, you heard right, a sack! Oh, did I forget to mention that they had covered my mouth with adhesive tape?
"Help! Help!" I hollered, still muzzled by the tape. I attempted to attract their attention, but they disregarded me. I desisted.
Today is... or wait, now that I'm being kidnapped, should I say "was"? So yeah, whatever today is/was, it's my wedding day and I am here confined in a sack with my Lehenga, argh! Next time, remind me to don pajamas before getting abducted!
You may be wondering why I'm so collected about this and not attempting to escape. Well, I always desired to be kidnapped! It's like one of the items on my bucket list, you know?
But on second thought, what about my parents? What about my family? What about the funds they invested to make this marriage happen? Oh, wait! What about the groom? I mean, my betrothed? It sounds so strange saying "my betrothed." I snickered a bit.
Oh, see now somebody is carrying me. Wow! First, I was slung over somebody's shoulder, then I was dropped into a sack, or should I say hurled? Then someone dragged the sack (or me), and now they're carrying me again. Oh wait, now I'm being tossed once more!
"It's time for some action," I mumbled to myself.
