Unexpected Love

Chapter #1

Ann-Kathrin's P. O. V.

"Come on, Ann! Just come with me. " I sigh but nod, "Fine, Mandy. Let's go. " Mandy and I drive to a club in Dusseldorf. We go inside and look around at all the people in the club, dancing. We walk over to the bar and get a few drinks. After awhile, I'm a little intoxicated and see a gorgeous guy sitting on one of the couches. I walk over and take his hand, pulling him onto the dance floor. I start swaying my hips back and forth as his hands rest of my waist. After awhile of dancing, he leans down and whispers in my ear, "Want to get out of here?" I nod. He takes my hand and we go outside. He drives us to his house. We go inside and immediately start kissing. One thing leads to another and we have an incredible night together.
I wake up the next morning with a pounding headache. I have a massive hangover. I look around and don't recognize the room. That's when I notice that a guy has his arm slung across my waist, our legs tangled together. I slide out of the bed and start putting my clothes on when he wakes up. He rubs his eyes, "What are you doing?" I slip my heels on, grabbing my purse, "I'm going home. I'm supposed to be meeting with my friend and I'm late. " He looks at the clock, "Shit, I'm gonna be late too. " I look at him, "Well thank you. For a great night. " He smirks, "No, thank you. By the way, I never caught your name." I nod, "It's Ann-Kathrin," then I walk outside, not bothering to ask his name. I call Mandy to come get me. When she's driving me home, she says, "I have somewhere to take you. But I better let you shower and change First. " I laugh, "Good idea. "
We go to my apartment and I shower and Dry my hair. I leave it down in the natural waves. I do my makeup and dress in a short floras skirt, a long white loose v-neck with black heels. I grab my black Michael Kors bag and go out to the car where Mandy was waiting. "Where are we going?" She smiles, "Wouldn't you like to know. " We pull up to the stadium where the German National Team plays. Mandy smiles, "I'm dating Thomas Muller. And I want you to meet the team. " I smile as we get out of the car and walk inside. We walk onto the pitch where the team is training. Thomas smiles and jogs over to Mandy, kissing her. He looks at me, "Hello, I'm Thomas. " I smile and shake his hand, "I'm Ann-Kathrin. " I see Thomas' eyes widen but I don't pay any attention. The three of us walk over towards the rest of the team. Thomas says, "You guys already know Mandy. But this is her friend, Ann-Kathrin. " All of the sudden, someone starts coughing. I look at the guy and realize it's the guy from last night. Thomas laughs, "Are you okay, Mario?" He nods. My eyes widen. How did I not realize this before? That's Mario Gotze. The man from last night is a famous footballer. Manuel Neuer walks forward, taking my hand, "Hello, Ann-Kathrin. I'm Manuel. It's great to meet you. " He kisses the back of my Hand, as I laugh, "It's nice to meet you too. " I see Mario rolling his eyes. "Alright guys, back to training. " I smirk at Mario as he gives me a frustrated look. Mandy and I go sit on the side, watching them train. In the middle of the training, I blurt out, "I slept with Mario. " Mandy gives me a shocked look, "What did you just say?" I look at her, "I slept with Mario. Last night. We met at the club. I went home with him. We slept together. I didn't even realize who he was until now. " Mandy laughs, "well nice job. He is gorgeous. And he's a really cool guy. " I look at her, "We're not dating. We just had sex. That's it. " Mandy rolls her eyes, "Whatever. We all know what's going to happen. " Their training ends and they all go into the changing room to shower. Mandy disappears into the changing room with Thomas. I'm standing outside the changing room when Mario walks out, "So, when are you going to let me take you out on a date?" I give him a look, "Never " Mario laughs, "Oh, baby, don't be that way. You know you enjoyed yourself last night. " I bite my lip, looking away, "That doesn't mean I want to go out with you. " Mario nods, "So you just want to have passionate, mind-blowing sex? " I shake my head, "Nope. That was just a one time thing. " He's right though. It was mind-blowing. Mandy walks out, "Ann-Kathrin, want to come to their match tomorrow with me?" I smile and nod, "Yeah. Sounds like fun." As Mandy and I go to walk away, I grab Mario and kiss him. I give him a look, "Goodbye Mario. " He smirks and touches my cheek, "I'll see you tomorrow, beautiful. " When Mandy and I go to her car, she says, "You are

In to him!" Mandy gives me a look. I bite my lip, "Okay, maybe I am. But I really don't know anything about him except for the fact that he's amazing in bed and amazing on the pitch. " Mandy laughs, "What else do you need to know?" I sigh, "I want to know things about him. More than just those two general things. I want to know personal stuff. And I'll need to know something before I consider a relationship. " Mandy nods as we drive away, "Don't worry. I'll find a way to give you two some alone time so you guys can talk about personal stuff. " I laugh, "Whatever. " I say that, but what scares me, is the fact that I want to be alone with him.
