Sorry this isn't an update, but I just wanted to adress the situation.
As most of you know there are fancams spreading around in the kpop community. Those fancams seem harmless first, but after few seconds those fancams show some inpropriate images, such as
self harm or phornography.
I find these kind of things utterly disgusting and I can't really express my anger and disapointment. I hope none of you are doing these kind of things and if you know someone that does, please make them stop. Just imagine if some 10 year old kid or someone who is triggered easily, scrolls through these images. Imagine what kind of effect it has.
If you see those fancams, please report it immediately.
Also there are some accounts who are harrassing people who support or belong to the LBTGQ+ community. Those harasser will send links to you dm and pleade you to open them. Don't open them. The links will lead to some video or some sites that contain some horrific images or some other things that are very improptiate. If you get any dm with a link, please don't open them. And if you do receive this kind of link, report the user immediately. I hope none of you have ecperiences this. And most importantly none of you are doing this.
These kind of things has to stop. It doesen't just affect us stans but also idols who might see them, and also anyone who happens to look at them. Also they don't belong to kpop or anywhere else. Kpop should be about supporting your favorites and exploring new artists, sharing your opinios and sharing you passion for music and peformance etc. It should be about you being you with your sexuality, religion, nationality etc. Not to being afraid of getting harrased by disturbing images or some isults or other inpropriate things.
Please make these kind of things stop.
I really hope that these kind of things will stop soon and won't happen in the future again.
