The bid Gulf had just helped to secure could potentially lead to numerous future opportunities. Perth and Saint had taken a chance hiring him right out of school, with no experience and a spotty history, he would be forever grateful. But it was Mew and Zee that had truly given him this amazing new life. Zee had called this afternoon to congratulate him on a job well done after he had spoken to Saint and Mew had promised a private celebration at Zee's Beach house. Gulf loved the beach house and the knowledge he and Mew would be spending the evening there had him smiling from ear to ear. The drive from the city was only about half an hour but with the anticipation building it felt like an eternity.

The beach house was beautiful and best of all with no neighbors in sight it was private. In their apartment Gulf always had to hold back when he and Mew were enjoying themselves, but here he could scream his lungs out and no one would complain. Climbing the stairs 2 at a time he raced in search of his lover. Mew was in the kitchen unpacking the dinner he had ordered from the restaurant up the beach. Cooking was not one of Mew's strong points but Gulf had never had reason to complain as he more than made up for it in other areas. Hearing Gulfs heavy footfalls Mew said over his shoulder "You're early! I wanted to surprise you with dinner on the beach." he said crossing his arms and turning to lean against the counter. The sight of Mew in a muscle shirt and cut off jeans was enough to weaken Gulf's knees and steal all rational thought.
