I strutted into my home with Ash, Jesse, Jason, and Adam, the guy at the front desk of Sorry Mom Tattoo, behind me. As we walked in, Sabrina shot up from the couch.

"Ana!" she shouted. "Where have you been? I called and texted y-" she stopped rambling when her eyes landed on my leg. "Ana..." she whispered.

I smiled innocently at her and waltzed into the kitchen. "You did not!" she shouted, surprised. As I sat on a stool, I smirked at her and said, " I did." Sabrina gave me the "Why?" look and I shrugged.

I grabbed a green apple and walked back to the living room where everyone was. "Ana!" Sabrina exclaimed while following me. I knew she was frustrated. Sabrina wasn't a tattoo person. What a surprise.

I laughed at Jesse playing with his light saber tattoo on his finger which I thought was extremely awesome. Sabrina sat in my mini rocking chair and I scowled. Sadly, the only empty seat was next to Kane.

"Woah, that tattoo is... wow," he gawked as I sat down next to him. "Thanks," I choked out. He unexpectedly began to trace the lines on my thigh. My breath caught in my throat and the room grew silent.

I cleared my throat awkwardly, Kane looked up, and our eyes locked. Oh, how I missed those chocolate orbs. Kane signed and removed his hand from my thigh.

"Look, Ana," he started. "I'm sorry I don't remember you." I smiled weakly at him and whispered, "It's not your fault."

He grinned at me, grabbed my hand, and stated, "Well, there's one thing I remember about you." I smirked and raised an eyebrow at him. "Oh, really? What's that?" I asked.

"Those pretty brown eyes of yours," Kane told me. All the blood rushed to my cheeks and I stood up abruptly. I raced up to my room hearing Kane ask,"Did I do something wrong?"

I plopped down on my bed and shoved my face into a pillow. I heard multiple footsteps walk into my room and my bed sank from added weight once. Twice. Three times. Four. Arms flipped me over so I was lying face up.

Jason was lying to my right, Ash to my left, Jesse above me, and Adam below like a protective box. Silence surrounded us. It wasn't an awkward silence, but a comforting one.

"You need to turn that frown upside down," Jason said suddenly. I did nothing. Then, Jason grabbed one end of my lips and Ash grabbed the other. The two of them lifted my lips to form a "smile."

The five of us burst out laughing and didn't stop until we were crying. "See! Look at that beautiful smile!" Jason exclaimed. My cheeks became a bloom of roses.

We all became quiet once again and my eyelids became heavy. Soon enough, my eyes fluttered closed.
