Elena is 9 months pregnant elena has been doing better now that kol has been giving her blood everyday she was happy that her son was coming soon she had gotten used to living with the originals and caroline it was weird but she did she hadn't been in pain and things were going good
elena was in her room it was 2am she couldn't sleep she got up off her bed and felt a pain in her stomach
"oww" elena cried she felt her pants wetten and gasped"no no no"
elena fell to the ground causing a bump rebekah who was still awake in her room 3 doors door heard it and vamped to elena's room when she got in she helped elena up
"what's wrong" rebekah asked
"my water just broke" elena said tears welling up in her eyes from the pain
"oh shit i'll be right back" rebekah said she vamped to her brother's room and knocked on the door she walked in and turned on the light
"what do you want" kol growled
"her water just broke" rebekah said "wake everyone else up now "
rebekah vamped out and went to go get her nurses bag from the closet then she went back to elena's room
6 hours later
rebekah walked downstairs where her brothers were she had been burning sage cause she had bad news for them
"whats wrong" kol asked
"he got here 3 hours ago but she's a vampire now she just finished the transition" rebekah said
"what" klaus said
"there was no other choice the pain got the better of her she died during birth there was nothing i could do" rebekah said
"its alright" kol said
"go see him she's upstairs with caroline" rebekah said
kol nodded and vamped upstairs he knew rebekah felt bad and tought it was her fault but it wasn't it wasn't anyone's fault and she had to know that he walked into elena's room
"i'm gonna go downstairs" caroline said and walked ot closing the door behind her
"you ok" kol asked he sat next to her
"yeah i'm fine" elena sighed"wanna hold him" kol nodded and handed henrick to him"he looks more like you than me"
"thats not true" kol said
"its not your eyes features all he has is my smile" elena said raising her eyebrow
"ok maybe your right" kol said
"what are we doing what are we since the day at my house we barley have said anything to each other besides hi how are you and dealing with blood" elena said
"i don't know elena" kol said
"can there be an us with him here now" elena said"i'm turned i'm a vampiro e now"
