Napakunot noo ako ng makarinig ako ng sunod sunod na katok.

Sino naman ang mang iistorbo early in the morning?

Itinigil ko muna saglit ang ginagawa kong pagluluto para tingnan kung sino ang kumakatok. I opened the door and a bunch of roses that perfectly arranged surprise me.

"Good morning, Ma'am. Delivery for Miss Lhaurenze Reyes." Magalang na bati nong delivery boy sa akin pagkabukas ko ng pinto.

"I am Lhaurenze Reyes." Nakangiti kong pakilala sa kaniya.

Iniabot naman niya sa akin yung reciept. "Kindly sign here, Ma'am."

Mabilis ko naman iyong pinermahan at saka niya inabot sa akin yung bouquet. I was about to ask him who sent this but he easily bid his goodbye.

I look the bouquet and I saw a note attached on the other side of the bouquet.

I frowned. M.E? Who is that?

And for some reasons, Maximus Ezekiel's name flashed into my mind. Is it possible that he is the one who sent me flowers early at this morning?

I get my phone and was about to text him when someone is calling me.

[Hi Renze] bati nito sa kabilang linya.

Habang inaayos ko ang breakfast ko ay hinayaan kong naka speaker phone ang tawag.

"Hi Miss Kiah" I greeted while getting my plates and preparing a tupperware for my special someone.

I heard her chuckle, [No need for formality. If I know mas matanda ka pa sa akin. Anyways, can you come early?]

Napangiti naman ako. "Sure Kiah. Maybe around one pm, okay lang ba?"

[Sure! Sure! See you later. Let's make your fiancé jaw dropped.]

Hindi na ako nakapag react ng ibaba na niya ang linya. Napailing na lang ako dahil kailangan kong pangatawanan ang pagiging fiancé kuno ni Max.

Okay, Max is really a hunk guy. He have this red lips na alam mong sobrang natural. And his captivating eyes through my soul everytime he stares at me.

Inayos ko lang ang mga tupperware na puro pagkain. And before I could forget I gave Max a message.

Thanks for the early gift!

Habang hinihintay ko ang reply niya. Ginugol ko ang oras ko sa pag aayos ng sarili ko. I made sure that everything is fine before I leave my house.

I looked into my things and those were old branded items. Naalala ko na naman ang pinag usapan namin ni Max kahapon.

Hindi ako makagalaw habang nakayakap siya sa akin. I can feel my heart beat triple its rate but I don't care. His embrace relaxes and calms me. Ang tagal kong hiniling na may isang tao na kaya akong pakalmahin sa pamamagitan lang ng mga simpleng bagay.
