Chapter 24 - Day 59

"(L/N)-chan!" Suga called as she jogged to the (H/C) girl who was talking to some first years.

(Y/N) turned to her friend, "Suga-chan? What's the rush?" She apologised to the first years as she paused their conversation about techniques on how to study.

She did ace the first exam.

Sugawara grinned, "Nothing in particular."

(Y/N) sweatdropped, obviously knowing what she is up to. It's either to ramble about her current crush or ask her for a favor.

"Ah, we're going now senpai. I'm craving for a melon bread." A first year smiled as they excused themselves.

(Y/N) pouted at her friend, "I was a bit busy, you know."

"Gomene~ but I actually need to ask you something." Suga said as she grabbed her friend's wrist and start dragging her to the courtyard.

(Y/N) sighed and let her friend drag her. She was probably used to it by now. She's not the strong either so she can barely fight back.

'If only I was more assertive...' She mentally cried as crocodile tears ran down her face.

Suddenly, Sugawara halted her pace, making (Y/N) lightly bump at her back. She looked at the back of head's friend in confusion, wodering what might caused her to stop.

She peeked up ahead and paled. Her three bullies stood menacingly in front of them. The hallway was void and quiet.

Sugawara narrowed her eyes as the three stood there with intimidation. She had a feeling that her friend was being bullied. There was a day where (Y/N)'s eyes looked were far off and looked empty. It was weird since it was the first time she ever saw her other than her usual weird quirkiness.

"Oh! (Y/N)-chan!" The blue haired one, who is Kurosaki, called out awefully cheery.

Sugawara raised an eyebrow as she addressed her bestfriend so casually and fake. She felt her best friend's hand sweat.

She glanced at her to see her pale and trembling. Her eyes, once again, looked empty and scared. Like a little lamb that lost its mother.

Suga tsked as she glared at the blue haired girl, "I never knew she had other bestfriends before." She said with thick venom lacing her voice. She did not act in her normal attitude.

'Something about these girls makes me want to strangle them.' She thought.

Having a black belt really comes in handy.

"Oh! Hello, I'm Kurosaki Ichigo. Nah~ we're just acquaintances." Kurosaki smirked as she sees the other girl shaking behind her friend.

She snickered behind her hand as she raised her chin up in display of mockery. They turned around and began to walk away.

The red streaked one glanced back, "Nice to bump into you, (Y/N)-san."

'It wasn't nice at all!' (Y/N) thought as she tried to calm herself, 'I thought they were going to drag Suga-chan into this mess...'

Suga tightened her grip on her hand, "You are going to tell me. Period."

(Y/N) laughed nervously, 'Its not them that would drag her. Its herself.'

"Those..! Those..!" Suga growled as she tried not to curse in front of the girl and inside the campus. There were teachers nearby.

(Y/N) had told her everything. Her secret now revealed to her friend. She was glad to lighten up the burden by sharing but it makes her feel bad to make someone involved in the situation.

She looked down at her shoes as they sat near one of the trees. It had a nice bench and pretty airy.

"(L/N)-chan. You can trust me, okay?" Suga smiled as she put a hand on (Y/N)'s shoulder, "Let Suga-chan be cool too." She smirked.

(Y/N) giggled as she nudged her shoulder, "Mhm." She nodded.

Suga smiled as she realized what she really wanted to say to her friend, "Oh yeah! Daichi is coming this weekend, this time I asked him out." She hmmed in victory.

(Y/N)'s eyes sparkled at her friend, "Uwahhh! Suga-chan so forward! So cool!" She fangirled as she admired her friend.

Suga smirked as what she said next shocked her.

"Actually, I kinda want you to come with me."

"Eh?"
