Anxiety

it was everyones last day in atlanta. their last month of filming was super busy, but they all made the most of it. none of them could believe how fast time had flown by.

"sadie, i don't wanna leave you guys." lorelei frowned as she laid her head in sadie's lap.

"i don't wanna leave you guys either." sadie frowned back. lorelei was at sadie's apartment and about to go back to her own.

"i don't what i'm gonna do without someone besides my sister around all the time. don't get me wrong, i love quinn, but i'm going to miss you guys so much." lorelei responded before sitting up beside sadie.

"when you get so attached to people you don't know what to do when you leave them. that's how it is every time we leave here." sadie explained. it was always so hard to leave their friends after being around them for so long. they always knew they'd be able to see each other again soon, but they never wanted to leave when they were together.

"ugh, i have to go, sads. noah needs me to help him pack." lorelei groaned as she looked at her phone.

"ok, lore. i love you. i'll see you tomorrow." sadie smiled.

"i love you too."

noah and lorelei listened to their favorite songs as they packed their belongings for tomorrow. lorelei's plane would be taking off first and no one was looking forward to it. before lorelei knew it, she was crying. she was obviously silently crying or she would've noticed.

"noah?" lorelei asked as she turned around. noah immediately looked at her with a smile only to see tears streaming down her face.

"lorelei." noah frowned, walking over to the girl and wrapping his arms around her. "shhh, it's ok." noah tried to calm her as she cried onto his shirt.

"i don't want to leave you." she cried as noah played with her hair.

"i don't want to leave you either, lore." noah sighed. "i promise we'll see each other soon."

before noah could say anything else, lorelei lifted her head up and kissed noah. they backed up to where noah was laying on his bed with lorelei sitting on his lap. noah swiped his tongue against lorelei's bottom lip and was easily granted access.

"noah! lorelei!" karine snapped. they didn't even hear the door open. lorelei quickly got off of noah. they were both so embarrassed.

"mom, we weren't-" noah started but karine wasn't having it.

"i don't want to hear it." karine stated before practically slamming noah's bedroom door shut.

"noah, i didn't mean to-" lorelei started.

"it's not your fault." noah interrupted. "she knows she did shit like that in high school, too." noah added with a laugh before reattaching their lips and climbing over lorelei. they both smiled into the kiss and before she knew it, noah's tongue was in her mouth again.

"so, i heard karine caught you guys making out yesterday." sadie teased as they went through security.

"sadie!" lorelei and noah said in unison. both of their faces were blood red as caleb, sadie, and gaten stood their laughing their asses off.

"i don't even know why my mom's mad at us! she did it, too! she told chloe about it!" noah defended.

"that's why it's funny!" gaten continued to laugh. lorelei shook her head and joined their laughter. soon, noah joined in, too.

it was the next morning and they were all at the airport. a lot of the cast were leaving later in the day, but the five of them scheduled their flights around the same time. lorelei's plane was supposed to leave first. then sadie, then noah, then caleb and gaten's flights were at the same time.

"20 minutes until boarding time." lorelei frowned after they got through security.

"i'm going to miss you so much, lore." sadie quickly pulled lorelei in a hug as tears started to form in both of their eyes.

"i'm going to miss you so much, sads." lorelei's voice was muffled due to the hug she received from sadie.

"i need to start heading over there." lorelei added as she pulled away from sadie to give hugs to caleb and gaten.

"i'll walk with you." noah said. "my flight doesn't leave for another hour."

lorelei nodded before pulling caleb into a hug.

"i don't know what i would do if i had never met you guys." lorelei said before pulling away from caleb and pulling gaten towards her.

"see you in april, lore." gaten said as they hugged each other.

"see you in april, gaten." lorelei smiled after pulling away from their hug. "i love you guys. stay safe." lorelei directed towards everyone."

"we love you!" sadie tried to smile as she watched noah and lorelei walk in the other direction. noah grabbed lorelei's hand and interlocked their fingers. lorelei brought up their hands and kissed the back of noah's.

"i'm going to miss you a lot. you need to come visit me sometime." lorelei tried to smile at him.

"or you could come visit me?" noah asked and lorelei nodded with a genuine smile this time. they stopped in front of the gate with 2 minutes to spare. noah pulled lorelei into a soft kiss.

"flight 403 to baltimore, maryland is now boarding."

"i love you, lorelei." noah said, his thumb rubbing her cheek.

"i love you, noah."
