Chapter 22

Joesph has been here for a few weeks now he has become a part of our friend group. Peter still getting jealous from time to time.

Joesph has become one of my friends and my dad really likes him.

Right now I was headed to his house because we were going to hang out and he had something to tell me.

Once I arrive at his house I ring the doorbell. His mom opens the door "Hello Ms.Ross" I say smiling she gives me a hug "Hello Mia it's so nice to see you again" I hug her back we let go of the hug and I smile at her.

"Joesph is upstairs" she says "Thank you" I say as I walk up the stairs.

I knock on his bedroom door and he opens it. He gives me a big hug.

"Come on we need to talk" he says grabbing my hand and pulling me into his room then closing the door behind us.

We both sit on his bed.

"Ok so you can keep a secret?" He asks he seemed nervous which made me nervous but I didn't show it. "Yes of course" I say smiling.

"Ok you promise you won't get mad at me right?" He asks "Joesph why would I be mad at you?" He asks and shrugs his shoulders.

He starts tearing up a bit and he shrugs again.

"Hey what's wrong?" I ask he looks up at me "I'm gay" he says and I pull him into a hug and he starts crying really hard.

"Joesph why are you upset? This should be a happy moment. I'm so proud of you!" I tell him he pulls away from the hug and I wipe away his tears. "You promise you won't tell anyone right?" He says as he wipes his nose with his sweatshirt sleeve.

"Pinky promise" I tell him holding out my pinky he locks it and we pinky swear.

"So who else knows?" I ask grabbing his hand "Right now only you and my mom. I'm going to tell MJ,Peter and Ned eventually but I'm not ready yet" he says "I understand. Thank you for trusting me enough to tell me. Ah I love you so much" I throw myself at him and hug him.

He laughs "I love you too Mia" he says hugging me back tightly.

We hung out for the rest of the day like we usually would.

At 4:45 my alarms went off.

"Oh I hav to get going Peter and I have a date at 6:30" I tell him "I'll drive you home" he says.

We get into his moms car and we jam out to whatever is playing on the radio even though we didn't know most of the songs.

"Thank you for the ride bye Joesph!" I says smiling as I enter the tower.

I quickly go up into my room.

As I'm curling my hair Natasha walks into my room.

"Hey girly what are you doing?" She asks "Peter and I have a date tonight. Can you curl the back please?" I ask her she nods and grabs the curling iron.

"So what's going on between you and Joesph. Everyone's noticed how much you've been hanging out with him. Did you lose feeling for spider boy yet?" She asks I was about to tell her that's not the case because Joesph is gay but I remember that he doesn't want me to tell anyone.

"Trust me I'm not Joesph's type" I tell her as I put on my lipstick while she continues curling my hair.

After I finish my hair and makeup I change into the white off the shoulder blouse and blue jeans.

"How do I look?" I ask her "Like a Stark without the K" she tells me "Haha" I says sarcastically.

I walk into Happy's office "Hey can you take me to Peter's please?" I ask he nods and stands up.
