They all hanged out until it was time for training. Once everyone was on the training Felix they warmed up by jogging around the pitch once. They then sit up cones and did side steps, sprints, skips and run and jump, they did this five times for each.
They then did the beep test, everyone took part in this. Alyssa, Ash, Adrianna went out at level 5. Abby, Tierra, Crystal, Julie, Ali and Tobin at level 9. Lidsney, Rose, carli, Jessica, Sam, Kelly and Chris went out at level 12, Megan, Becky and Casey at level 16. Emily, Ali, Lynn and Mal went out at level 19. Just Zi was left and everyone was cheering her on, she then finished the beep test. Everyone applauded her that she finish the beep test.
Jill then went up to her "Zi you are the first one that just started to day and has finished the beep test it takes people years to build it up and i know from your coach that you have never don the beep test before have you?" Asked Jill "no Jill I haven't that is my first time but i do like running" explained Zi. Everyone was. Just shocked " I am glad we are on the same team" said Kelly. No one could believe that she was that fast.
They then started to do stretches, to stench the legs they then did light jogging. They did there cool down routine of slow jogging andd then walking everyone was the ordered to ice baths, everyone gave Ash, Ali and Zi the biggest one Ash got in first and the ali and then finally Zi. Zi then leaned back into Ali as Ali's and Ash's arms wrapped around her. Zi looked around to make sure no one else was in the room "I like cuddling with both of you" explained Zi.
Just then everyone came in, Ash and Ali had the biggest smiles on their faces they couldn't believe that Zi was opening up to them. They alll was happy at that moment of time they forgot about he coldness of the ice bucket. They were then pulled out of there heads when they heard laughing and Kelly was in the ice bucket with on leg in and on leg out of ice and the same with her arms. "Hey Kelly what are you doing" asked Ali. "Experimenting" said Kelly "weirdo" said Alyssa.
Ali looked down at Zi and saw Zi checking out Alyssa. Ali then got Ash attention and pointed with her eyes to look at Zi. They both looked at Zi and then Zi looked at Ash and they raised there eyebrows. Zi then blushed with being caught.
