I had been able to fall asleep for an hour before I was woken to the sound of my alarm going off. Starscream groaned from where he slept in his cot. I lay on my side, my body refusing to get up, as I stared at Starscream's form.

"Are you going to turn that off?" He asked, looking over to me with sleep-filled eyes. With a great huff, I reached down and grabbed my gauntlet, pain shooting up my arm and back. Turning the alarm off I found my list wasn't as full as normal. It was probably a glitch. It was five in the morning and, if I skipped breakfast, I could sleep some more. "What are you thinking about?" Starscream asked, now facing me, eyes closed. I placed my gauntlet on my bed.

"When do you normally get up?"

"Six." That would be too late...Megatron would get mad. But I did have a small list today... "Just sleep Darksong. I know you didn't get any last night and Megatron will understand." He wouldn't but I didn't care. I flopped back down in bed.

"Just wake me up when you do." And then I was out like a light.

-----------------------------

I woke up to the sound of voices from outside of my room. I groggily got up, rubbing my eyes. Starscream wasn't in his cot. Light filtered in through the small window. I was awake in seconds. Eight o'clock. It was eight o'clock and I hadn't gotten up! I pulled my gauntlet on and rushed out of the room. The Vehicons in the hallway paused fists over their hearts.

"Shit," I growled, free wing ruffling. "Has anything happened?" They shook their heads. I ran my hand through my tangled hair. "Lord Megatron. Where is he?" Their eyes drifted to something behind me. Gods I was dead. I was so dead. Before I could turn around, I was tackled. Not by someone bigger than me. But smaller. Within seconds I had them in a headlock, my wounds aching. A crazed laugh echoed throughout the hallways as I laid eyes on the smaller female, her mass of light pink hair everywhere. Aurora hugged my waist as I stared at the women. It had been years since I had last seen her.

"Darksong, Darksong, Darksong!" She singsonged as she jumped. A small smile formed on my lips as I let her go. She whipped up, a huge smile on her sweet looking face. If it weren't for her tattoo and red eyes and all around madness, you would have thought she was working for the other team. Aurora was my third, Blaze my second, back on Cybertron. And by the way her eyes sparkled with loyalty, she still was.

"Aurora. I'd forgotten about you." The wild-haired women gasped dramatically, placing a hand over her heart.

"How could you forget your best friend?" I smirked down at the female.

"Maybe because you're forgettable." Aurora let out a crazed laugh.

"Now I know you're lying. I'm too sexy to be forgettable." I rolled my eyes as she grabbed me by my good hand and pulled through the halls. I didn't question where we were going. I was just happy to see her again, even if it meant bad things for me in the future. We came to the dining hall, which Higher-ups would have to share with others, and found it was jam-packed with Decepticons. Knockout and Breakdown sat in the back, talking quietly to each other. Other than the two medics, no other higher-ups were to be found. All expect a black-haired, leather-clad con. "Blaze." Aurora sang. "Look who I found!" She jumped up and down as Blaze looked over his shoulder, a smirk coming to his face. The male came swaggering over, wrapping his arms around our shoulders.

"Looks like the gangs back together." He pulled his arm off Aurora's shoulder and extended his hand out. I groaned as Aurora, giggling, placed her dainty hand on top of Blaze's.

"I'm not doing that." Aurora groaned dramatically.

"Come on Dark lady!" Blaze said, shaking me a bit.
