Time passed. I healed much quicker than Hershel had expected. I was finally aloud on my feet again, just no runs or anything.
"Good morning Beth! How are you feeling?" Hershel asked as I made my way into the kitchen.
"Good thanks. Need any help today?" I try to help as much as I can around the camp, since I'm not aloud to do any big jobs.
"No, but Maggie might." He says. I nod and walk outside. Rick stops me.
"Beth. We're having fun lessons today. I think you might want to consider it."
"I'd love to." I say.
"Alright. We leave soon. Most of the group is coming." I nod. I start walking back to the house when I bump into Daryl.
"Oh uh.. Hi.." He says awkwardly. I wave.
"I.. Uh.. Have something for you.. Turn around." I look at him skeptically, but do what I'm told. I feel his hands on my back, and a necklace around my neck. I smile. I ltd absolutely beautiful.
"Where did you find this..?" I ask.
"On a run. I thought you'd like it.. Ya know.. Girl stuff.." I laugh.
"I love it. Thank you." I turn and hug him. He tensed. I smile and run off to gun lessons.
