Chapter 49 - BIGGEST HEARTBREAK

"Kuya Chrys!" I hugged him the time I saw him entered our house.

It's been a while when I saw him here.

"Where are you from? Sobrang tagal mong nawala ah!" I faced him.

"Ang dami ko kasing ginagawa Creeper, bare with me!" He smiled.

"Ohh Creeper, aalis ka na ba? Do you wanna ride with Jonathan?" Nakangiti na naman siya.

'Yung ngiting pang asar. Since then, he is an avid fan of me and Jonathan. He told me that from the start, he knew already that Jonathan will love me back but he is late already.

"Kuya naman eh!" Bigla akong napahawak sa mukha ko.

I felt this chilling sensation whenever he teased me about Jonathan.

"Seryoso ka bang hindi mo na siya gusto? Look at you, your face is like a tomato again. Hindi ako naniniwalang hindi mo na siya gusto." he smiled again.

I gave him death glares but it didn't stop him to smile.

"Kuya, I will just go to school now. Nahanap na ba 'yung lumason sa akin?" Biglang nag-iba ang ekpresyon niya. Ang kaninang nakakalokong ngiti ay napalitan ng pagkaseryoso.

I stood straight as I felt nervous about him changing his expression in an instant. He came closer to me and held my shoulder. I'm a bit shorter than him so he lowered his head just to look at me directly.

"Eprumtt, always stay with Jonathan, malapit na nating malaman kung sino ang tao sa likod neto. We will just get some evidences." He gave me an assuring smile before he hugged me.

"But you will do that in a right way, right? You'll do that in a justifiable way kuya, right?" Suddenly, he faced me. A sad smile was plastered on his face.

"We will Creeper, we will." I smiled at him.

"Find for mom's killer also, kuya." Ang kaninang ngiti niya ay napalitan ng pagkaseryoso na naman. I get nervous whenever he shows me that face of him.

"Kuya, you'll find for them, diba?" I asked. He shook his head before he took a deep breath. I feel like there is something wrong but I can't determine it.

"Aalis na ako, kuya balitaan mo ako." I smiled and he did the same. I turned back at him but after two steps, he spoke.

"Ahh Creeper, Jonathan is there, he will join you." I looked back at him with wrinkled forehead.

"Akala ko ba wala na ang agreement? Bakit kailangan kasama parin si Jonathan?" Bigla siyang napakamot sa ulo niya.

"Creeper, hindi na nga tinuloy ni dad ang agreement pero gusto naming masecure ka."

"And you think I'm secured with him?" I asked.

"Wag ka munang lumapit kay Khairo, pwede ba? Wag muna, Creeper." bigla na naman akong napakunot ng noo nang sabihin niya iyon.

"I don't understand, he is my boyfriend." I wet my lips as I said that.

"Creeper, please listen. It's for your own safety, ok?" Bigla akong napangiti nang makita ko na namang ngumiti si kuya. Wala na akong magagawa ngayon kundi ang sumunod nalang.

Agad nang binuksan ni Jonathan ang pinto nang makita niya akong papalapit sa kotse nila. Nang makapasok na ako, agad kong tiningnan ang driver na dati'y nasigawan ko dahil ayaw niya pa akong pababain sa kotse nila.

I smiled at Jonathan once I'm completely seated on the car besides him.

"Okay na po ba, Ma'am?" The driver asked.
