PAINFUL LOVE (on hold)

FEELINGS

Night approached quite slowly for Jungkook as he was too keen to make Junghyun listen to her secretive talks.
He wasn't intending to make Y/N guilty or forcefully take her down, but just wanted to know the truth.

Even though he acted annoyed and disgusted in front of Y/N, but there was a restriction coming from his heart to no do so. He didn't know anything about it and hence brushed those feelings off, maintaining a stern look.

It was 12 am and both boys were awake. Jungkook was extremely excited and went into his hyung's room to ask him to stay in the hall.
They waited for her to come, but nothing happened. The time was ticking quickly but there was no sign of her.

"It's 1:30 bunny, she must be fast asleep. Why are you acting so stubborn?" Junghyun whispered in Jungkook's ear.

"Yesterday she came at around 2 am, so have patience!"

Fiddling with his fingers, Jungkook got up and started walking in the hallway. Junghyun was tired because of this and soon his eyes felt heavy.

As Jungkook was about to give up, he heard the sound of door knob. Excitement took over him when he saw you comming out of the room. He quickly brought Junghyun with him.

"What?"

"She is out!"

They went towards the railing.

"Where is she?" Junghyun asked.

"I swear that she came out, hyung."

As they started bickering about it, they spotted you. But this added to the frustration of Junghyun as they saw you carrying a water bottle in your hand.

"She was thirsty!" Junghyun hit kookie's chest lightly and went inside his room to sleep.

Feeling a sense of loss, he turned back to his room's direction and went back to sleep.

Jungkook POV

"Maybe I was thinking wrong. If she had some wrong intentions then why would she come outside? Right? Or maybe today she was tired so didn't give updates to anyone! Arrrgg! What am I thinking? My imaginations are so conflicting. Though I was happy about exposing her negative side, if any, but somehow it doesn't feel right.
Her innocent and cute face..no wait! What are you even wondering about!! Shut up!" You were talking to yourself about her and lastly cursed your own mind and went to sleep.

Jungkook POV ends

Since that water incident, many days had passed and Jungkook had finally gave up to stalk you. He had consoled himself that he was wrong about you.

You, on the other hand avoided any type of conversation with Jungkook. If you wanted to talk, Junghyun was there for you. Junghyun was aware about the awkwardness between you both and hence didn't budge in between.

Though you both crossed paths while roaming in the mansion, but nobody initiated conversation. Jungkook took glances at you occasionally which didn't go unnoticed by you.

It was evening and Jungkook had just came out of the gym with sweat dripping from his face. He was wearing a white t-shirt, full of sweat which made his abs visible. You were in the hallway, looking at various flower vases and clicking pictures with them when you suddenly caught him looking at you.

As your eyes got fixed with his dark orbs, you were freezed on the spot. His hair were sticking on his forehead and shirt, on his perfectly casted abs.
Neither of you made a move and were constantly focused until Junghyun interrupted and made both of you flinch.

Why now!!! Jungkook mentally said.

"Are you guys going to pick a fight?" He asked.

None of you answered. When he was about to ask something else, both of you ran towards your respective destination, leaving Junghyun flustered.

Your POV

"What happened to you Y/N? That was ridiculous. Did he do some kind of magic!? Why did I freeze? But I guess it wasn't bad, he looked enticing. I was completely captivated by his presence. It was going so pious only if his hyung didn-"
"Waittt...what the hell are you even thinking girl?? My fucking brain, get yourself some rest!!"
You cursed yourself for thinking like this about someone, that too in whose residence you were residing.

Trying to brush off everything from tour mind, you plopped on the bed and started reading some books.

After the incident none of you came outside the room. The house had suddenly turned silent. Only faint sounds of rustling of wind was audible and soon the sky was getting covered up with dark and strange clouds, indicating heavy downpour.

Without any delay it started drizzling. It was slow and elegant. The smell emerging when the water combined with the earth was calming.

You quickly went outside to adore the scene. It really brought a sense of relief in you. You stayed there till dinner time and enjoyed it completely.

|After dinner time|

Dinner went quite well with everyone chattering to each other except you and Jungkook.

You were laying down on your bed when you got a call from Rose. You talked for a brief moment unlike the other times and as soon as the call ended, you were sitting on the bean bag in balcony, crying out loudly.

You were banging the railing while sobbing, unaware that he was watching you from above, confused!
