We run around the campus, trying to catch him and end up at the cafeteria.

"Shit...He's running around all over he place!" Ace said, pissed, as Grim leaped from table to table. "Heheheh! Come catch me if you can!" He snickered as he climbed up the chandelier. "Now that's just unfair!!" I cry out as Grim continued laughing. I hear Deuce mumbling ideas and something about flying magic before his face lit up, "Ah! I got it!"

"You got a plan...?" Ace asks, only to be pointed at by Deuce's Magical Pen "Woah! Wait a sec! Why are you pointing your Magical Pen at me!?" He staggers back in defense. "I could just throw you!" Deuce exclaims. "Whaaaat!? ARE YOU FUCKING INSANE!?!?" I cry out as I panic.

'Nope! Nope! Nope! We're gonna destroy the chandelier at this rate! Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!

"WAAAAHHHH!!! DON'T MAKE ME FLOAT! Are you seriously gonna throw me!? Stop it!" Ace flails around as Deuce was fully focused on his magic to complete his...plan. "You better catch him! Take aim...FIRE!!!" Deuce lets go of Ace and sends him off flying.

"WAAAAAHHHHH!!!!"

"FUNGYAAAAA!?!?!"

CRASH!

"Th...The chandelier broke...! Oh my goodness...we're so fucked." My skin pales as I stare at the disaster in front of me.

"Eugh...I can't believe it..." Ace coughs has he painfully gets up from the impact. "Fungyaa~?" Grim was probably seeing stars and Deuce had a look of panic on his face. "Crap—! I didn't think about the landing...!"

"You...ARE YOU AN IDIOT!?!?!? We got Grim but if the Headmaster finds out that we broke the chandelier..." Ace cried out. "What about it...?" A familiar voice says from behind. 'Holy shit! The headmaster's here!!!' I swiftly turn to him. "Ah...Headmaster..." Ace weakly turns his head around to face him.

"Just. what. exactly... ARE YOU ALL THINKING!?!" His voice echoes throughout the cafeteria. "Fungya... The room's spinning..." Grim groans on the ground. "Not only damaging one of the statues of the Great Seven, but to even break the chandelier—!? I cannot take it anymore! All of you will be expelled this instant!"

"EEEEEEEEEEEEHHHH!?!?"

"That can't be—! Please, anything but that! There is something I need to do at this school!" Deuce pleaded. "So you regret the foolish act that you've done?" Headmaster asks, crossing his arms. "I will pay for the damages if I have to!" Deuce exclaimed.

"Hm...This chandelier is no ordinary chandelier. It's a magical chandelier that runs on magic with a candle that can never be put out. A treasure made by the legendary magical artifact meister. It has been entrusted to the school since its very foundation... If we think about it's historical worth, it would cost no less than a Billion Madol. Can you pay for those damages?" Headmaster explained.

"A-A Billion Madol!?" Adeuce say in shock. 'I'm guessing Madol is the currency here but holy shit that's a lot.'

"B-But can't you just use magic to fix it in a flash or something...?" Ace asks, changing the topic in desperation. "Not everything can be fixed with magic, Ace." I sighed.

"Mr. Azuma's correct. What's more, the magical stone, also known as the heart of a magical artifact, has been broken. No two magical stones are the same. The chandelier might not be able to light up once again."

"No way..." Ace frowns. "Damn it... What was I doing... How am I gonna tell Mom about this..." Deuce sighs. "Oh, I almost forgot. There is one way that might be able to fix the chandelier."

"EH!?" All of us look at him in shock.

"The magic stone for this chandelier was mined at the Dwarf's Mine. If you are able to get a magic stone with similar properties, repairing it might be possible." Headmaster stated. "I'll go get the magic stone! Please let me go!" Deuce pleaded.

'Deuce is really determined!'

"It's not guaranteed whether or not there are any magical stones left in the mine. The mine has been closed for a while and there's the possibility that all the magical stones have been mined." He added. "I'll do anything if it would mean preventing me from being expelled!" Deuce pleaded, probably down on his knees.

"I guess that would be fine. Well then, I'll only wait for one night. If you are unable to bring back a magic stone by tomorrow morning, you all will be expelled." He says sternly. "Understood! Thank you very much!"

"I guess we have no choice. Come on, let's just go and find the magic stone already." Ace groans. "You may use the Mirror of Darkness to directly go to the Dwarf's Mine" "Understood!"

Deuce then drags Ace to the Mirror Chamber while I carry Grim (once again). "Deuce! Wait up!!!" I call out to him as I try to catch up. "H-Huh!? Wh-Wha...? What in the world did I..." Grim finally wakes up. "This is your fault Grim!"

《 Mirror Chamber 》

"Aah...Why did it become like this. Today is NOT my day..." Ace mutters. "No time for mumbling! Let's go!" Deuce exclaims before facing the Dark Mirror. "Mirror, Mirror on the wall. Light our way to the Dwarf's Mine!"

In a flash, all of us get transported into an eerie dark forest that looks abandoned. "So this is the Dwarf's Mine... This place used to be a bustling place to mine for magic stones..." Deuce muttered. "Uu...I feel like something's gonna come outta nowhere..." Grim whimpered.

"Woah...this feels like a horror game." I say in awe. "Why do you always think everything's a game!?" Grim asks, probably surprised at how calm I am. (I blame the amount of times I spend nights playing horror games)

"Gamers like me can't miss out an opportunity where the mechanics of an RPG are similar to the real world!" I said, confidently. Ace then pointed off somewhere, "Ah, there's a house over there. Let's go ask for some information."

"Way to kill the mood Ace!" I huff as we head over to the cottage. Deuce gives a few knocks before politely greeting "Good Evening." but there was no response. "I guess it's abandoned, it doesn't look like anyone's been taking care of it." Deuce says as we follow him inside the house.

The house was very dusty and had cobwebs and some bugs roaming around. "Pwah! The spider web went to my face! Peh! Peh!" Grim was the only one unfortunate to deal with the webs. Though, I can't help but feel like this place seems oddly familiar despite the fact I never been here.

"Aren't the tables and chairs kinda small? Are they for kids? One, two...7 kids!? That's a lot!" Ace pointed out. 'Ah...so that's why. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.' I mentally face-palm at how obvious it is.

As the others were talking, I notice a book on a nearby table. And out of curiosity, I read through it "Protection Magic...?"

It was a simple spell where the user can summon a shield to protect themself against magic. The shield is fragile against physical attacks though. "Interesting..." I was about to look through the other pages but they were calling for me,

"Azuma! We're going!"

"Coming!" I called back out to them as I rip the page out of the book and stuff it into my pocket.
