Ch 13 Fate Duel

Jaden was being surrounded by clones of Axel and he knew that Axel had been defeated by Trueman. Then Jaden began to run and then after he got a distance away from the Trueman Axels. Then he looked around and saw his reflection in the glass and then clones of Trueman came from out of the glass looking like Jaden. One of the Jaden's said "what do you have to fear? You don't have to fear us. Now then, why don't you come on over here." Jaden's eyes turned to Yubel's and said "I said stop it."

Trueman Jaden said "you had better stop looking at the world with those unreliable eyes. No matter what, if you don't listen." Then they all activated their duel disks. Then a truck appeared and the Truemans turned into dark cards and let the truck pass them. Then the truck swung and the passage side of the truck opened and a person wearing a biker helmet that cover their head grabbed Jaden. Then the Jaden Truemans began to circle the truck then the back of the truck opened and Jaden and the other  person got on a motorcycle and was able to escape the Truemans army. 

But that wasn't all the person also pressed a button and the truck exploded and the Truemans were destroyed in the process. Then the cards of darkness then turned into the real Trueman and he said "As long as that Yubel's will remains within him. It will be difficult inviting him here. Well, who knows what will happen. It wasn't the army of rabbits that invited Alice to Wonderland. Let's leave until a rabbit hunts down the prey." With that they disappeared and their plan was going into motion. 

Meanwhile Jaden and the person driving the motorcycle stopped in front of Kaiba corporation. Jaden said "who are you?" The person took of his mask and saw that it was Sartorius. Sartorius said "Jaden I'm glad that you are ok." Jaden said "you too, but why?" Sartorius said "this city, or the people of the city, have fallen into the hands of Darkness." Jaden said "so that means Darkness' invasion has already begun." In Jaden's mind 'what a bad thing. Axel may also have fallen as well.' Sartorius said "Jaden, would you like me to check your deck? Cards infected by Darkness usually have a tinted grey black look to them. I should be able to see."

Jaden said "ok have a look." Jaden looked up at Kaiba's building and then Sartorius said "everything seems to be alright." Jaden said "good, but Sartorius where did you acquire such information from?" Sartorius said "I'll explain that later. Let's head to the helicopter. Darkness' true goal is not Domino city, but he truly wishes to launch an attack of duel academy." Jaden said "what did you say." Jaden could feel that something bad was going to happen and DA was completely undefended and it was going to get worse.

Back at DA in Sheppard's office Crowler said "so Jaden has taken a boat to Domino city." Sheppard said "yes, and we haven't had any contact from him for sometime since he went to Domino city." Crowler said "what the nerve of that boy. What is he thinking running off during this important graduation duel." Sheppard's mind said 'you have to make it in time Jaden.' The sky was dark and soon Darkness would come and nobody would stand in his way of completing what he believes to be his mission that he alone could complete.

Jaden and Sartorius were in the elevator in Kaiba corporation's building. Jaden said "so Axel was used as bait by Darkness to lure me here?" Sartorius said "yes. Right now, their clines should be taking the students at DA to the world of Darkness." In Jaden's mind 'so this was the vision I saw then meant.' At the same time other students were being defeated and taken to th world of Darkness. Jaden and Sartorius got out of the elevator. Jaden said "Sartorius were is the helicopter?" Sartorius said "there is no helicopter." Jaden said "what do you mean there is no helicopter?"

Jaden looked at Sartorius and then said "we need to hurry and return to DA." Sartorius said "you won't be taking a single step out of Domino city." Jaden said "Sartorius." Sartorius said "you'll duel me right here and now." Jaden said "stop joking! We don't have time for this!" Sartorius said "don't move. If you try to leave here, your body will pay the price." Jaden said "what." Sartorius said "there are bombs set up around here set to explode this place. In other words, the moment we stepped in here, our fate was linked to this building. The switch actives when someone tries to step out of this building. You only have one option to save yourself. And that is to lose to me, and become Darkness."
