Reader POV
I smiled as I finished setting the table.
Nozel and I were on our honeymoon in France.
Paris, to be specific.
He had to take care of something in Paris while we were on our honeymoon.
We had decided to spend the first year of our marriage here before heading back to London.
I had made one of his favorites: pasta with a piece of chicken and some greens on the side.
"I'm back," the door opened to reveal a tired Nozel.
I smiled at him and took his coat- even though he refused to hand it over. "Welcome home,"
He kissed me on the lips. "What's that I smell?"
"My cooking," I said, guiding him to the kitchen. "Wash your hands first."
Soon, we were sitting in our chairs and the cream candles burned in their glory.
"This is delicious," Nozel smiled. "How do you always make food so delicious?"
I shrugged. "If I knew how, I'd tell you."
He opened the red wine bottle and poured a fair amount into our glasses. "Well, let me tell you. It's because anything made by you is perfect. You're perfect."
"Yeah, perfectly weird," I shrugged.
"Well, you balance me out and I balance you out." He reached over and placed his hand on mine on the table. "Together, we complete each other." He lifted up my hand and kissed it.
During dinner, he and I talked about daily life.
He looked so handsome when he smiled. Not smirk, smile.
His eyes seemed to light up the room. Outside, the sky was pink and I got up after our meal was finished and opened the doors to the balcony that overlooked the city.
Two hands wrapped themselves around me and he kissed my neck.
Down below, I saw two people.
A man and a woman, in their teenage years.
He went down on one knee and held up a banquet of flowers. She kissed his forehead and took the flowers.
I watched with warmth in my heart as she got onto his bicycle and he placed the flowers in his basket attached to his bike and they rode off into the sunset, her hair flowing.
"That used to be us," Nozel said with soft smile.
I nodded, remembering all the time when he would go out of his way to Spade Academy back in Japan just to walk me home. Clover Academy was on the other side of town and he always was there since his school ended exactly half an hour before mine.
Sometimes my three brothers would joke about him being my 'knight in shining armor' as he would escort me home.
My step-grandmother, Darlia Zongratis, would joke about him, as would my Uncles Dante, Zenon, and Aunt Vanica.
My cousin Yuno Grinberryal always said hello to Nozel, but wasn't too fond of the captain of the soccer team.
However, sometimes some friends in Clover Academy would follow Nozel since we had friends there.
Asta Zongratis always came by to see Yuno and I.
He left my side and I heard music from 1959.
"Is that...?" A smile made its way onto my face.
Nozel gently took my hand. "May I have this dance, (y/n) Silva?"
I nodded. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck.
We slowly moved in motion to the music.
A cool breeze made its way into our home.
"Je t'aime," I whispered as I stared into his beautiful purple eyes.
"Je t'aime assui," He whispered back. He leaned down and we connected lips.
I rested my head on his chest and he rested his head atop mine.
We danced like just like that.
It was so hard to believe that me, (y/n) (l/n), was married to Nozel Silva.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a man with blonde hair.
"Larcade?" I whispered. But before I could blink, he was gone.
"Who?"
I shrugged. "No one. I just could've sworn I saw someone,"
"(y/n), did this Larcade man have blonde hair?" Nozel asked.
I nodded. "Yeah."
We stopped dancing and stared each other in the eyes.
"Don't tell me you also have those dreams?" He whispered.
I nodded. "The ones about some place called the Clover Kingdom?"
Nozel's eyes widened. "Yes! That one! I found it strange that I dreamt about it on repeat."
"That's weird," I said. "Did you dream about being a captain of this squad called the Silver Eagles?"
"Yes!" He laughed. "Who knows, maybe that was our past life."
"Or it's a really weird dream," I felt his arms push me closer towards him.
He sighed. "Well, if it was a past life, maybe that explains why everyone there is in our lives,"
"Best not to think about it," I said. "We're here now."
"Mmhm."
3rd POV
The two young couple didn't realize, but indeed Larcade was there.
"It seems that the magic that would've suppressed their memories about their previous life didn't work to the full extent," Larcade's assistant, Maki, said.
Larcade smiled down at his subordinate. "Maybe it's better that they don't forget and just think of it as memories."
The two heavenly beings watched in their invisible forms as the two danced in their living room.

Sequel?
If I write a sequel, it is going to take place in the modern world and everyone would get their powers back- and eventually find a way back to the Clover Kingdom.
Not sure if I should do it though.
