I made her my girlfriend. She doesn't have any choice dahil alam niya na matatanggal siya sa trabaho kapag hindi siya pumayag. She doesn't have any clues na hindi ko naman siya hahayaan na matanggal sa trabaho because of that reason. I'm not that cruel. But I used that on my advantage para mapapayag siya.

Nagpunta kami sa bahay para ipakilala si Reene kela mommy bilang girlfriend ko. Of course, they were shocked. Hindi nila alam ang kasunduan na inalok ko kay Reene. Mom was really eager to meet her friend's daughter. But she won't do it anymore dahil nandito na si Reene.

She's always updated on Tita Ruby's life after we got separated when we're still a child. Kaya noong nakatapos si Reene ng college, she told me to hire her as my secretary. We pulled some strings and voila.

Hindi 'yon alam ni Reene. Knowing her, sasama lang ang loob niya dahil parang nabalewala ang pinag-aralan niya ng ilang taon. Syempre hindi 'yon totoo. Aside from the fact that mom wants her as my secretary, she's also a smart girl. And besides, my day won't be completed without her.

"Kailan pa?" tanong ni mommy.

"Kanina lang Mom, kanina niya lang din ako sinagot." seryosong sabi ko na nagpalingon kay Reene.

"When did he court you, hija? Masikreto kasi itong si Wave."

Napailing ako sa sinabi ni mommy. Actually, I know it for sure that she already knows about what I did. Nakakapagduda na bigla na lang ako nagkaroon ng girlfriend pagkatapos niya ako pilitin makipagkita sa anak ng kaibigan niya, plus the gay issue about me.

Hindi ko lang alam kung ano ang pinaplano niya.

"Uhmm, kanina lang din po?" inosenteng sagot niya.

"Kanina lang?" Nahihiyang ngumiti si Reene. I glared at her. I forgot that I didn't tell her our supposed to be story.

"Two months ago," mabilis kong sagot kela mommy.

"A-Ahh. Opo Tita! Last two months ago niya po ako niligawan."

After that dinner, hinatid ko na si Reene sa apartment niya. Hindi ko siya hinatid sa mismong apartment niya at ibinaba lang doon sa papasok sa eskinita dahil hindi makakadaan ang sasakyan ko. I was worried that she might not be able to return to her apartment safely so I stopped and followed her secretly. Nang makita ko siya na pumasok na sa loob ng apartment ay doon na ako bumalik pauwi ng bahay.

Nalaman ko na napagalitan si Reene ni Ms. Salcedo. Nalaman ko rin na natapunan ng kape si Reene dahil sa kagagawan nito. Doon pa lang ay alam ko na may nangyari bago pa siya makapasok sa trabaho. She wasn't being herself today tapos nasigawan pa siya ni Ms. Salcedo. Of course, I was mad! I was really mad. So I fired her instead.

"Reene."

"S-Sir? A-Are you busy?"

"No." Umiling ako sa kanya at pagkatapos ay lumapit. I can see that she's only holding back her tears to prevent her from crying. I really want to know who made her cry. Hindi ako sanay na ganito siya katahimik.

She forced a smile. "Then can you grant my wish?"

Napatitig ako sa kanya. She didn't wait for me to talk. She hugged me. Hindi ako kumilos. I just let her hugged me until she calm herself around my arms.

"Five minutes."

After that scene, I decided to brought her to a place I knew would make her happy. The famous Metropolitan Amusement Park.

I don't like crowded places but I want to put a smile on her face. Hindi bagay sa kanya ang malungkot. We had a few rides bago kami pumunta sa huling ride na pinakagusto niya. Ang Ferris wheel.
